I have this and have an issue making and receiving phone calls. I can answer and call with me hearing the other person but they can't hear me. Any advice on how to resolve?

That is not the correct way to remove the mirror cap. There are tabs on the inside of it which you prise apart, then pull it forward at the the same time

@@cz1516 true, but if you point the mirror glass down and you are careful, you can access the tabs that way. But it’s best to remove the mirror glass then you can clearly see and safely access those tabs. 👍
