Is periapical x ray can determine if the tooth can be saved through filling? because my dentist drilled my tooth and didn't continue the tooth filling because the cavity was deepened ,she left it the hole opened and gave me medicine to combat sensitivity and pain, she suggested root canal. So periapical could determine if my tooth can be saved by filling or not? Plz reply
