This is WRONG, Volume DOWN + Power buttons work. Just got my phone frozen on a Always On Display clock and Power button did nothing. This is NOT COOL - I've never had this with any of my 5-7 phones before.

Hey Asus I bought asus rog strix g16 and I got it yesterday It was 0% when it arrived and I charged it for a long time but its again only at 0% Its working while plugged in But battery is not increasing The charging indicator turns on for about 3 - 4 seconds when i plug in but then it turn off Please solve my problem as it is a big investment ....

Laptop shuts down when plugged to AC-DC adapter. I was able to use it only on battery power. No service could tell me why, what's the cause of this problem. Today the battery disconnected, isn't providing power. Can't turn laptop even on, to do a check etc. Won't buy ASUS products anymore.

question. I have an ROG Rapture GT-AXE16000 & 2 ROG Rapture GT6s. I have a large area to cover. I was told by ASUS Tech support before I bought them that they will work together. Well I was given the AXE16000 but I bought the 2 GT6s for the extended space. I told them I planned on using the AXE16000 as my main router and the 2 ROG GT6s as 2 nodes or what ever you want to call them. They told me they will work. Today when I called tech support they told me you cannot use them this way. Both devices under their specs say AiMesh capable. Are you familiar with these? If so do you know if they will work like I am hoping they will? If they do where do you recommend I go for quality support to get help setting them up. ASUS customer tech support is terrible. I read my serial number to the guy 10 times and I swear they were just not listening. Also for your info. I plan to have my AXE16000 connected to my ISP modem. My ISP does not have a built in router/wifi. So I will not need to put anything on their equipment in bridge mode. So the AXE16000 will be my router and I will have the 2 GT6s spread out far away on other side of building. My AXE16000 is next to and connected to a 16 port gigabit switch. I have Ethernet ran in the walls all the way out to where both GT6s are located. So the internet will be supplied from my AXE16000 through Cat6 to my GT6s so they will not be receiving WiFi signal from AXE16000 to the GT6s but instead they will be directly connected via Ethernet. I am hoping I can have the 2 GT6s receive wired internet and then broadcast WiFi from there to devices on that side of building. Will this work and how do I go about doing this? Hi. I have an ASUS MG28UQ monitor (connected to my Nvidia GTX 1070 graphics card with an HDMI cable) and each time I log in Windows 11 there is no sound (the speaker icon in the taskbar systray shows that "No audio output device is installed"). To get sound, I always have to log off my Windows session and log in again. Once this is done, the sound is enabled, and if I go to the speaker icon (in the systray) and click on 'Select Audio Output', I can see "ASUS MG28U (NVIDIA High Definition Audio)". On the Device Manager window, under "Sound, video and game controllers", I can see "NVIDIA High Definition Audio", "NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)" and Realtek(R) Audio, all shown correctly (without any warning icon next to them). How can I have sound right away after logging in my Windows session?

ASUS customer service has been no help at all-they don't seem to read the emails thoroughly since they keep suggesting fixes I’ve already tried multiple times. Also, let’s not forget the infamous issue with the Maximus Z690 Hero motherboards having misattached capacitors that could cause fires. Luckily, mine didn’t catch fire, but it's still not functioning properly!

When registering, I am supposed to enter a CN number that is not on the product, the original packaging or the Warrenty Card. Instead, I have an Asus PPID, which does not help me when registering in the field where I am supposed to enter the CN number. How do I get a valid CN number to register my product?

Sir, should i use screen protector found in local market for my Asus Zenbook 14x oled 13th gen touch laptop? or is it okay to use the screen without any screen protector? The issue is I carry it in a bag with books and whenever I open laptop after going to another place, I find keyboards mark on screen. Please suggest.
