@@asus_support The physical keyboard was tested, all the keys work. Only the numbers are not written, it only works as secondary functions such as arrows start home end page up page down.

Please confirm if there is a backlight symbol on the F7 key on the keyboard. If you cannot find the backlit keyboard hotkeys or the User Manual is without the backlit keyboard information on the hotkeys chapter, your laptop may not support the backlit keyboard feature.

The availability of such features largely depends on whether the music software you are using supports them or not.
