I have to admit, I think this masterpiece of cinema was missed by some people upon viewing in theaters, even myself. I always liked it but after some rewatches, since seeing it in theaters, I noticed more things and my understanding grew. Right along with my love and respect for it. And that’s not a knock at the movie whatsoever. I think art sometimes makes you question things initially, then your mind gradually opens up. I can’t wait to check out the Penguin series on Max.
