Is there any research on the combination of a high fat, high fiber diet with fasting?

Starch diet is better than SAD diet, that's as long as it can go. Meat diet is the best diet to lose weight and as the man claims losing weight is the most important. How the hell someone believes that humas have been consuming starch thousand of years ago with all the hunter gathers prove out there?? The caves have arrows and bows engraved, not broccoli and salads....

Don't youy think soy bean genestein can affect testosteron production and make males more femminine? estogen hormone is present in soy ,so it culd be good for mitochondria but bad for male masculinity and reproduction system...just imagine,I am not a doctor...personally I would opt for chocolate and beets :-),and sometimes for a glass of Lambrusco red whine :-)

When I practice eating like this, I actually feel great. The other 95% of the time I'm surfing the artificial highs and lows of a highly processed ADDICTIVE food diet. I need to start making steady changes rather than vacillate between some good and mostly bad all the time.

I have read that Methylene Blue and Red Light from NRI or infrared light, by passes glucose a fatty acid in the mitochondria to make ATP and it's more efficient than NO2. Could you please look into it?

Looks delicious!! How many meals a day like this do you eat? Do you pre bolus? Do you stagger your insulin delivery or take the full bolus in one? I'm trying to shift from eating less than 150g carbs total to more than that in one meal. Just need to navigate the insulin delivery. Thanks

I am so glad that I found your site and have ordered your book. I do fasting through the program Fast Like a Girl, but am dismayed at her continuing references towards eating meat. The fact that your program has been included in the PCM website and has a forward by Dr. Neil Bernard is a clear indication that your program is the correct one and I look forward to following it!!

Your information is incredible and I have learned a great deal from just this one video which just happens to be the first of your videos that I’ve seen. My question is: How can a Type I diabetic embrace this information? I ask because there is a plethora of information for people with Type II diabetes but there is hardly any information regarding Type I diabetes. If you could provide help like this for Type I patients it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I went vegan during covid and loved it, but 4 weeks later got bad case of gout. I'm also diabetic. Everytime I try the gout gets worse. My Dr. says it's probably the purines. I also think my kidneys aren't working either. Fruits and veg. seem to be the worse for me. I was so hoping to get healthier and save the animals. I'm 77 yrs. Young. Do you have any suggestions?

So people who eat carnivore have flat blood sugar, but over time it is chronically elevated. They don't see spikes but end up with pre diabetes and full blown diabetes. They say that is healthy. SMH...
