I didn't like the show, why dickie's dad would approach someone like tom, the connection to friend of a friend wasn't explained, none of the characters have any depth, dialogs are just being yawned out , can't even enjoy the scenery cz its black and whiteted , Tom himself has a psychotic layer , i never could root for him. The matt damon version really blends the story well. Even the Purple noon was a fun watch. Ripley was however dreadful. Has writing gone so bad that people are calling anything everything great ?

The flaw in season 4 was the way they sidelined the 3 of main characters like will mike and john but season 3 was best of all time... Every character had a purpose and fights cinematography everything was good in season 3 So my ranking 1: Season 3 (Best) 2 : Season 4(Great) 3 : Season 1(Good) 4 : Season 2(Better)

I've heard this season is very good but not great like seasons 2 & 3. I think this season is just setting everything up for the 5th and final season which I truly think will be phenominal. Sad to say it will be ending but better to burn out then fade away. Plus we've still got Gen V and I'm sure other spin offs will come 😉😁
