It's the stater inside the cover where the wire goes into the side case. I just had to fix the exact same 4 wheeler with the exact same problem 😂

Have you done any hill climbs with this? If so, can you post a link to your video? I was looking at getting a Cheetah 300EX, but this one is the only one in stock everywhere I've looked (I just liked the look of the Cheetah cargo area better). Just wondering if you still like this and if it has enough power for 2-3 adults to get around, not on anything too crazy, but we go trail riding pretty often and there's like some 6-7% grades.

I’m in the same boat. New engine. Tried 3 stators, checked my cdi, my coil , coil wire, spark plug and kill switch on my other bike and they all work.

I just went through this, my bike was running fine, then it just died, it had no spark. I tested everything, mostly with a multi meter, several times. Everything tested good, however since I had all the parts, I replaced everything on the bike, stator and firing pick up sensor thing, coil with plug, CDI, voltage regulator, remote control lock out box, solenoid, kill switches and anything else if there was. The only thing I didn’t change was the ignition switch, because I just put a new one in it about a week before. Also it was testing fine, working like it was suppose to, so I left it. Well turns out that’s what it was, and I found it by accident. Even though it was new it was junk, it tested fine, it looked fine, all the wires were still attached. But I was removing the body panels and was going to get it ready for a re-wire, thought it was my only choice. So I had to take the ignition switch out of the fender to get it off, so I did and then plug it back in. Just for the heck of it, I thought I’d check again for spark, and it sparked about two times and stopped again, I new it had to be the ignition switch cause it was the only thing I had just touched. So I grabbed ahold of it and I squeezed on the top and bottom, u tried it again and boom a nice bright strong spark, I let the pressure off the switch and nothing, squeeze it, spark again. So the big lesson I learned was, when the parts are coming from China, and as cheap as they are made, just because it’s new doesn’t mean it’s good, just because it test good doesn’t mean it’s good. When I was testing this, obviously the pressure from my probe pushing on it was allowing it to read correct. I’m not buying another switch, I just joined the black and red together, and just left the other two unhooked. Now all I got to do is shut it off with the kill switch on the handle bars, no big deal, why keep replacing switches on a weekly/monthly basis. I hope this helps someone.

Hey little late to the game but I have one of these and my Speedo bracket broke first week of ownership. Didn’t lose sensor fortunately fabbed up a new bracket and with some height adjustments been good to go

Ok i got a chopper that has been took for a taotao 107 now no spark no nothing i spun the wheel inside the ingan and well now no spark and ive replace the coil for the spark plugs everything gots power even cdi and stator and so spark idk what to do if its out of time wich its not im pretty sure i check it and idk i just need help

You need to ground the brake light safety switch

look out at wiring on kickstand. some bike will shutoff when kickstand engaged and you trying to move.

Test your stator

Could be the ground Does it look like the other one has a ground Nfl just run a grown wire Put it on the bolt

your stator may b burnet out , switch it for a new one

Check the kill switch plug. Make sure the wires are leading to the same things from the old one. Then see if the back Saftey switch is open loop or closed loop. If that’s all correct I would say the Cdi box would be wrong or bad. Check the harness wires and see if they are the same as the original one. If so the cdi is bad. I’ve had new one be bad. Chinese parts like these are super cheap made and made with bad parts some times. When right that thing will make a nice spark with a loud arc snap sound when it sparks.

The only other thing I can think of is you have a ground wire that is connected wrong somewhere.
