Fisher is my favorite neighborhood in greensboro if I could afford it that's where I would be but I like, "Where I am at Rankin all these neighborhoods except for the cardinal are close to downtown and I like that city feel the cardinal feels like your in the county but they are doing a lot building on that side here of late

We looked at a property in Oak Ridge a couple of days ago. Huge lot. 2+ acres. Very quiet. Stopped by the Lowes grocery store area. We like Oak Ridge. We’ll get serious about buying around October. Thanks for the videos. They really help.

Have you checked out crime rate at Big Chair Loft? Cohen Esrey is management company. I would be glad to share hrs of recordings, pics, tapes. I finally had to move due to daily threats made toward me from neighbor below, constant late night parties, pit bull barking non stop, drug deals, vagrants sleeping in storage area, dumpsters running over due to bill not being paid, City of Thomasville mowing the grass, because BCL/COHEN ESREY Wasn't paying venders. German roaches, bedbugs, water turned off 3 times in my 19 month stay. gang related shooting into apartment. Contacted Cohen Esrey repeatedly, fell on deaf ears. Contacted owner Richard, nothing. Moved in less than a month due to neighbor saying she was going to bust down my gd door and kick that fat white bitch ass. Management did NOTHING. And if all i went through wasnt enough they turned me into credit bureau. Also, bags of rotten garbage being left in common areas, cameras don't catch anyone because they aren't on.

I was hoping to take the train from Charlotte and eat/shop at local shops. Sad they aren't downtown😢

are there higher paying jobs in greensboro versus the Charlotte area because people have been touting that Charlotte was the place to go.

We’ve lived in Sunset Hills since 2008. Believe it’s the most pedestrian friendly neighborhood in Greensboro. You can walk to parks, church, school, grocery store, restaurants and nightlife. You could do a whole video on the “corner”, ie. Elam & Walker.

Ma, Greensboro doesn’t have traffic because there aren’t as many people as Raleigh. I love this content I learned a lot about NC in a short while.

Great video ! Thank you… Soo helpful ! I’m from Buffalo , NY & I’m with you on the buildings & old trees ! I need that . My daughter moved to Raleigh / Durham & I’d like to be closer. But that area is pricey, not very walkable ( I don’t drive !) , tons of pine trees & not lots else it seems, & almost no good architecture ! A lil like a giant strip mall ( sorry Triangle area … no I haven't seen all of you. You have great medical facilities, nice people, good food & vibrancy but tons of traffic ). Greensboro is more my speed & oh ! A park downtown , too …. & annual folk festival ? And amazing food & mild winters ? Hello !
