Sorry to be hursh but what is the big premium to fly 350 compare to the 330? Something you complain about and I can’t figure out. Had a flight to ORD from CPH recently and it was some house after the food service when they in SAS Business just have the galley snack bar behind 8A seat. When I get there they got just one Coca Cola zero. And wanted a Sprite just asked them nicely in they got a Sprite left. Took 10 sec before I had a cold one at the same time I would one ice cube or two and he saw it was just five cubs left and most water. So he filler it up with new ice. Later on I wanted to taste the Apple must and even this time anothere crew member said one second it in a few second I got a full glass. Dunno if it something new for the trip I did but you can pre-order both way and there I got option to order both vegeterian and vegan even if during my flight they had one vegetarian option in the menu. I also prefer that SAS would continue in Star Aaliance but I rather accept they get invested by Air France-KLM and continue their service by Skyteam compare I have to fly by Norwegian, BRA or Finnair as Nordic provider in the sky 😊

The only reason I wanted to fly the A350 is that I've never been on that aircraft before! I bet it would be comfortable.

My friend. This is America not Switzerland. You better prepare to get assaulted taking the subway or bus. The common method is to use Uber in LA. That city sucks. I used to work for JSX. BUR is rented through the Earhart family so they can’t modify the lobby too much. DAL and LAS look much nicer and PHX looks the nicest. You seem like a very nice guy but trust Americans less. We are awful.

I'm happy to use Uber when there is no public transportation available. But I find the system in LA to be quite good, and a lot better than many people's impressions. And also a lot more extensive than many other American cities.

I have traveled numerous times on Turkish Airlines to Europe and the Middle East on both Economy and Business Class and through the years, I never had a bad flight or bad incident. I don't have high expectations with the Turkish Airline crew, but as in any place or situation, you are going to confront different treatments and faces. My advice is, expect the least and you'll be completely satisfied with any situation.... and keep flying.

Why would you want a full rushed meal on a 40 minute flight. The food probably wouldn't even be hot. I feel like that's an unfair criticism.

I don't require it. But since I saw it on another 40-min flight, I thought it was relevant. And indeed, it was a cold breakfast tray on that Emirates flight.

Cool video. Too expensive for LA to Vegas though for what you get. I could see 250 if more legroom, better snacks. And charging for seat selections? I have flown 9n that kind of plane at least 4x in the past as a rural connection via a main airline. They have small planes like this in Mexico, cheaper as well.

If you check your bag, the legroom is ok. My mistake was bringing the small backpack onboard.

People who complain about the public transit in the USA need to just get over it. Our country is too big, our cities are too sprawling. There are a few cities where it works well. Chicago, New York City, Boston, Washington DC, Vegas. That’s about it. “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” Take an Uber to the airport if you’re in LA. Taking public transportation to a premium JSX flight and complaining about it, is like going to a fancy restaurant and complaining that they don’t have a self-serve drinks station and a drive thru like they have at McDonald’s.
@MarkusTravels

Labels are pretty straight forward. I think you have volume increase, volume decrease, light on/off, cancel steward, call steward (top to bottom). Why is that hard to understand? The title is completely misleading, leaving an airline because it changes alliance? More accurate tile (and not click bait) is SAS Business Class is adequate, but leaving Star Alliance. Not certain I will watch another video.

I live about halfway between London Stansted (Ryanair hub) and London Luton (easyJet hub). When I can, I always choose easyJet, the service is so much better and it’s usually only a few £s more. And I have to give credit to their holidays, which include 23kg of checked baggage as standard!

Turkish Airlines should change its slogan to, "First world in-flight service, third world customer service." Here's my situation. I inadvertently booked two identical business class tickets, on separate reservations, for myself to fly to Dubai on Turkish Airlines. I showed up at the airport and boarded a Turkish flight to Dubai with no issues. I arrived in Dubai with no apparent problems. On the return flight, I was denied boarding, with Turkish claiming I had not used my ticket to arrive in Dubai, resulting in an automatic cancellation. What seems to have happened, after many many interactions with their horrible feedback form-based customer service, was that Turkish determined that since I didn't use one outbound ticket, they would cancel both of them. Of course they have no policy that states this anywhere. At best, it's a flaw in their computer system. Turkish has refused to acknowledge I was even on an outbound flight to Dubai even though I have sent copies of the frequent flyer mileage I obtained from these flights. Turkish will not confirm that I'll receive a refund minus penalities on the completely unused ticket. They will not acknowledge that I was on any Turkish flight and pretendthey were both no-shows. They won't rebook me for a return flight. Speaking to someone on the phone is completely useless. No one that you actually talk to can solve the problem or has any power to do anything. Turkish uses a feedback form approach that no other major airline uses. It's truly bottom of the barrel customer service. It's like talking to a wall. At the end of the day, I paid more than $4,000 for Turkish Airlines to fly me to Dubai and then leave me there stranded.

Hi guys, has someone ever booked a ticket with Turkish airlines for one of their relatives with your own credit card? I need to book one for my mom with my credit card (she will be flying out from a different city by herself) and to my great surprise I just found out that I would need to show up at the Turkish Airlines Sales office at the Terminal prior hers and mine flights to present my passport and the credit card I booked it with… otherwise she might be turned away from boarding the airplain…. Can this be true or does it sound like BS?? I would not be surprised after hearing Markus’ story about false notifying to claim the luggage during the transit… but want to make sure don’t put my mom under unnecessary stress…
