That scenery is just out of this world. Looking over the edge of the path you were driving on heading up to Stony Pass added a little pucker factor though. haha. Thanks for sharing. I am going to watch this one again tonight just for the scenery. Only time I have had an adventure like that is about 10 years ago I did an elk trip in Montana and we road mules up the mountain every morning to hunt. the scenery reminded me of that.. when you get to actually go onto the mountain and be a part of it instead of just viewing it from an interstate.

Hey there Slade. Looking good. I am liking the short beard look better. cleaner look. Neat to see the tank going in. The machines are cool but checking out what application they are used on is even better. Amazing what goes into that and what all is needed to hold it down as well as all the environmental precautions.

I personally am a short stubble beard in the summer and start letting grow out around July for my deer season and when I harvest a deer I shave it back to stubble or until spring whichever one comes first 😎

Brother get that shoulder fixed! Had rotary cuff and total shoulder plus total hip!!! (Car accident)… I am pulling 70lb easily and could pull more! Before was shooting 50lb on struggle.

Gentleman I’m so impressed! I live in NC and been to Colorado 4 times with 1 shot opportunity on a cow elk! I drew a great Colorado unit this year and going to use an outfitter for the first time… always do it yourself public land hunts. Love to see this. My Dad never made it elk hunting but was on his wish list and told me at about 30 years old to go while God Graced me with the leave and money!

New tightspot quivers are straight junk. Older ones were great but new didn't last 8 days in mountain hunting, crap just started braking and it was just from brush not falling or dropping. Old one I have has had several years of same hunt and still going. I guess if your walking 20 yards from a ATV climbing a tree and sitting on your butt reading archery talk on your phone they probably last but not hard hunting
