I love this video blunt and straight to the point with comparisons as I am visual.

I'm such an idiot. I got my Crichton for Christmas and have not taken the time to learn how to use it. I need to make a sticker like you make in this video. But I need a tutorial for dummies.

Great video Suzie! I've just found a blue pearl on a field with finds from the bronce age - but I was in doubt whether it was glass or plastic. Now I know that it is glass because of you 👍👌 Thank you!

To summarize the similarities/differences between plastic, glass, and gemstone beads: TEMPERATURE: hold to lip. Plastic room temperature, glass colder, gems coldest WEIGHT: Plastic lightest, gems/glass heavier (dense) HOLE EDGE: Glass divots in at least 1 side, plastic/gems flat lip HOLE CORE: Glass core often white, plastic/gems colour consistent thru BUOYANCY: Plastic floats or sinks slowly, glass/gems sink --------------------- PLASTIC: lightest, floats, room temperature, flat lip & colour consistent hole GLASS: colder, white core, hole edge divot, heavier, sinking GEMS: coldest, flat lip & colour consistent hole, heavier, sinking

Love the context of your card front and you did a fabulous job on iit. One thing you might change is when you put your tape on put it on the back of the photo paper rather than on the card outline. It is safer. Another tip is to put a little Tombo glue on the tape as it gives you a bit of wiggle room when aligning it on the the card base.. All things aside I think you did a great card.

The blue bead you picked up and said was glass is actually ceramic. You can tell by the fact the color is not through and through. Instead the color is painted on the outside. Other than that, your info is great!

I had a purchase so far off of what I was supposed to receive I was concerned that I was deceived on them being real natural stone beads as advertised. Thank you for this video!! It taught me what I needed and much more information that will be helpful as i own and run a jewlery making business on top of my other businesses. I'm fairly new to it, so knowing how to tell the difference between the 3 most common materials for beads I buy and use!! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 thank you for being so thorough, explaining things clearly and simply, as well as having various types to comparatively show us! I'm a visual learner for sure and this is a PERFECT video to learn how to identify the material a bead is made from. I'm super happy to learn that the last pack of stone beads I bought are genuine and real, even though it was supposed to be 1200 count and I received less than 1,000 and half I did get were much smaller than 6mm so I'm not sure what to do with them yet. 😅 thank you SO SO much for taking the time to make this video!! I'm so much more appreciative than you will ever know! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 I cant tell you how fast i subscribed to your channel and made sure i will get ALL notifications of your posts/videos! 🥰

hi im new here. can you tell me whats the difference on having one of these three? does having a glass stone gives you the same meaning/intention as having the real ones? hope to hear from you soon
@dioneglenn76922 жыл бұрын
Some of the more expensive glass beads (higher quality) have flat holes. The glass with white centers are lampwork beads. (The glass is melted on a rod that is spun in a circle to create the bead). I have been told that stone beads are colder than glass if that helps.

Why do I always lose by exactly 50 cents?? I’ve tried all the tricks in the book. I will be the winning bid with one second left and I always lose my $.50, sometimes I’ll be up by more than $20-$30 with random change on the end with one (1☝️) second left and I still lose by exactly $.50

I recently purchased a little pendant gemstone and am quite interested about its authenticity. So I decided to burn test it, and while doing so, I noticed cracks forming inside the gemstone. So I'm still not sure if it's glass or a gemstone.

I can tell it’s either Porcelin or glass but I don’t want to immerse it in water and ruin it as it has lovely individual Stirling silver flowers in between each bead and is a little heavy but no inscription on the silver and it’s definitely Stirling Silver. It doesn’t have the silver caps on each bead though and it looks more like stencils than hand painted since they’re identical and one appears to have rubbed off a little. Boone would know unless it was looked at very closely in an inspection but to wear its lovely. Either going to keep it, give it as a gift or sell but just wanna know what it is! TY for sharing❣️

Unfortunately this didn’t work out for me. I’ve been looking for this super rare Zara Man Red Military Coat that came out in 2018. It’s so rare that it’s not available anywhere anymore until a seller posted it on ebay. Even though it’s not my size I still wanted it so bad. Seller started the auction for $65 and only on the 3rd to the last day that somebody bid for it for $69. I even set up my alarm so that I’ll be reminded of the final bidding time and upon checking it on the final day which was today bidder # 2 bid for it for $70 8hrs before it ends. I followed the tips and steps taught here on this video and waited for 5 seconds and placed my bid which was $82.88 because I wanted to win it until it didn’t want to accept my offer and it just ended because 5 seconds already lapsed. Apparently bidder # 2 bid for it for $96 and he got it. Too sad and frustrated. Oh well, that’s life...

hi \' I'm sorry you didn't get your auction, lets say that someone lists a auction with a starting bid of 70 dollars and someone places a $80 bid. so that they have the top bid until another person bids over there $80 dollar bid. it's not going to tell you what there top bid is it's just going to show that there's 1 bid for $70. so that the next person that bids doesn't know what there max bid is. lets say that that second person bids $75. the bid will now say $75 and the first person that bid is still winning, until someone bids over there $80 bid. so the second person waits until the action has 5 seconds left and bids $76 and the auction ends. the first person that bid wins the auction and pays $76. what I would do wait until there was 5 seconds left and bid $86.88. i would win the auction but only pay $81 because the person that was winning before my bid had a $80 max bid. that's why i said to wait until there's 5 seconds left and bid what your willing to pay for that item. because most people have a higher bid than what's showing.
