Thanks so much for your video. I’m a Canadian but didn’t know very much about this location other than it was around the Arctic Circle area.

The Antarctic temperature has risen by 5 degrees F since 1950 and is rapidly increasing by the year. It is so warm in Antarctica now that Sea Leopards are found on the west coast of New Zealand and the Sea Mushrooms in Fiordland NZ are dying. This is major.

Nice video tour. I have lived in Churchill, Manitoba for 10 of my last 12 years now. Canada's is quite facinating. And expensive to to get to.

I'm so jealous. When this video was made, I had little knowledge of the territories. Nowadays I'm obsessed with Canada's north. I'm planning a trip to the NWT for next summer. Eventually I plan to visit all 3 territories and also visiting in winter. I think the territories are the best part of Canada.

I used to work in the North with the Inuit, great people, myself found it tough because it was always cold, summers were like 2 months before winter was back. Tough life

The pipes above ground arent because the ground is so frozen, it's because the ground underneath is bedrock. If you visit in the summer, the houses are also above ground for the same reasons

Isn't it common courtesy that you learn to pronounce local names where you are a guest? There are probably many who will teach you that. And that would have been very interesting and important to us watching.
