I love the mod, but playing with on my gtx1080ti has my computer screaming. Within 5 minutes my GPU reaches 90 degrees. After 20 minutes I gotta close the game in fear of worse consequences.

do you need to preload world before using DH? i tried it on my pc, with 16 gb of ram (allocated 10-12), it just didn't work for me, lods only shows for places where i was

У меня Vega 7 от Ryzen 5 5600G +32GB Ram. МНе что бы прогрузить столько чанков. У меня ушло 16гб видеопамяти. 16гб озу, и еще парочку из файлов подкачки кушалось. Гига 2 М2 накопителя + эти шейдеры. У меня 9fps :)) Но картинка такая же

This very Pink Floyd-esque Minecraft C418 cover is beautiful. I can't believe I haven't heard this before, but that music was delicious. Not super gilmour sounding guitar but it sounds great. Great Gig in the Sky sounding pedalsteel &/or synth. Sick! edit: I was just trying to find the song to add it to a playlist, and had to laugh as soon as the video loaded and greeted me with a thumbnail showing a pixelart version of the Dark Side of the Moon album cover lololol

pov my ryzen 5 5600 overheating up to 93C just after 10 seconds after launching the world It just dropped clocks, the game crushed and everything is fine but I think I will have to buy new cooling

I understand hindsight is 20/20 but I remember years ago asking online why Mojang couldn't make a system that has blocks be lower quality the further away from you they are so you can see things much further. I was bombared with a bunch of comments calling me "retarded" stupid and braindead and while I was told such a thing was impossible. I'm still annoyed about that.
