WAY BETTER than the previous handles. The grip is both longer, and slightly thicker. The nylon strap is wider and thicker and feels both stronger, and more comfortable. The D-rings, they are actually offset from the main straps, which fixed the main issue I had with the triangle rings digging into my arms when doing pressing movements. The D-ring shape also feels better in dynamic movements. I bought a set of these last week, and I cannot say enough to praise them!

Let's freakin' go! This is what I'm talking about. I was gonna ask, why not just take ur functional trainer and turn the front tracks slightly and be like literally no one else. I'm interested in the ability to incline bench because that looked like it was limited in the all-in-one. I'm guessing so, but please tell me if I'm wrong. What's the weight capacity? Can't wait to hear the specs of this from someone like coop, or glucks, or heck, even ur own company. Please get info out about this asap, please!
@noonionsplease7 күн бұрын
Oh, I just realized what this was...ur functional trainer with an attachment to make them diagonal angles. I'm still intrigued though! Will the functionality finally cause me to pull the trigger? With ur wall mounted one I just wish the weight capacity was higher than...what was it? 250?
@BELLSOFSTEEL2 күн бұрын
We're still in the prototyping phase, more details and specs to come!
@noonionsplease5 сағат бұрын
I harp on this because I'm huge into spotting, but u gotta take that back plate off for a spotter to slip in. I know it's the brand name but it takes some functionality as a squat rack/bench away. Love the diagonal facing concept, just flip those pulley poles so they face straight and so it fits with the rest of ur ecosystem (probably easier said than done) and this thing is, well, maybe not a no-brainer, but for those of us with single car garages, it's as close as it gets. I love ur concepts. Maybe more than anyone else's on the functional trainer sphere because I believe in small footprint home gyms. Want a big footprint? Just get a gym membership, they have 100000 Sq. Ft.

Just completed assembling mine. This video does help a lot but it may be outdated for the newer version of the system. First, you need a 24mm socket for the bottom and top frames. And he put the selectorizer on upside down. If you do it his way, you wont be able to use the top holes. And make sure you all label the bolts before starting. Don't know why they don't label them for us. Lasty, if you ordered the back upright attachment, it provides little to no stability. You still going to need to bolt it to the wall or floor.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We'll be shooting and re-shooting more assembly videos soon and we'll add this to the list

Bro this is something that was invented over 50 years ago Edit: by the way, tell your shippers to package your products better before sending them out. Your 130ibs weight system is not going to make it in the 1/8th cardboard used with the single piece of tape.

@justsomeguy256416 күн бұрын
Two recommendations for this; adding them to the SS3/4 off sets the weight and gives you an unstable "spider bar" which is great for good mornings and when the lighter the bar the more instability you will experience so when using the 25 lbs BOS Arch Nemesis bar, that swing is accentuated.
@ericcartmansstrengthandpow596016 күн бұрын
Just had an idea. Fabricate a removable, multi grip attachment that can connect between the two handles for additional grip options for rows and presses. This may not be a million dollar idea, but it's at least a 2K dollar idea, yours absolutely free in exchange for a free Dreadmill unit.

could you mount this to a 2 post squat rack? vs going on a cage.
@BELLSOFSTEEL16 күн бұрын
Yes, this can be mounted to a squat stand. We would recommend adding plates and plate pegs, or bolting the squat stand to the floor for added sturdiness
