Dear, Oliver. How you deal with wolf's food agression? It's not like they are actually hostile when food on line. But, they do carving food, demanding and begging it. Always having look of 'I'm starving. I gonna die if I don't eat right now. give me. give me. give me tasty food'.

Aren't you scared of it attacking you or your children? It is a predator after all.
@OliverTheWolfGuy4 күн бұрын
We don’t have children. These animals are our family. I don’t fear them attacking me, but like any large animal with pointy teeth, they must be treated with respect. However, if we had children, they would never be left unattended with these animals or any large breed dog.

Sonny reminds me of my Corgi. She is always getting upset when I pluck her coat during shedding season. I do it as gently as possible and still get snarls and ‘No! I don’t want to be plucked’

I firmly stand by animal welfare. What this guy did to this wolf pup is unacceptable. That is mild to how I feel about the situation. Many share my thoughts and feelings on the subject. Laws that protect animals are too lax. Doesn’t matter if the animal is wild or domesticated. There needs to be stronger 4th amendment protections. There needs to be harsher penalties for people who treat animals with such disrespect. What brings me joy is how many like-minded people are crying out in defense of this wolf. Of all wolves.

But it is really difficult to believe that a human being is capable of such cruelty. Hard to stomach. Thanks for all you do for wolves. What I wonder is why and how this situation ha gotten to this level by US Fish & Wildlife.

I did asked about talking buttons and teaching them advanced education before. Wolves are capable to understand a lot of things but don't have condified language like Alphabet. And have codified language means improvment of their life and happiness and our understanding of wolves too. Dear Oliver, you said before you are interesting about give wolves a language or civilization. You have any plan for these attempt? If this prove sucess(in some of form sucess with myself when they are living with me(I really miss them)) law and perception of wolves forever change. People can't hurt wolves if they spoke same langauge with human.
@OliverTheWolfGuy8 күн бұрын
My challenge is that the wolves spend most of their time outside. To get used to the buttons, they would need to interact with them a lot, which is impossible in a natural environment. In an unnatural climate like indoors, they’re much more likely to destroy than learn to use them.
@KardienLupus8 күн бұрын
@@OliverTheWolfGuy What about sturdy custom buttons or other communication method to teach codified language? There are strong and weather protected Electornic makers can make custom outdoor buttons. Researchers do use similar things to apes.
@KardienLupus8 күн бұрын
@@OliverTheWolfGuy Also talking buttons isn't only thing. It's good things to interact with them but People who study apes use other electronics like screen and controllor to move it.
