I will admit I've heard better sound quality for mids and highs, the HD is ok but for bass, I love the boss 3k and 5k, especially on a budget, theyre cheap enough you can throw the saved money on your amp and sink it into beefin electric or dynamat, or dsp, or sub enclosure .

@evilinside59848 күн бұрын
@@administratorperson3272 - Depends on what type of battery chemistry, brand, and model/size of battery. Its up to you to research, he gave the amperage draw in the video, so you can see what a manufacturer recommends, for amp/hr. and alternator, as each could have a different answer. So its best to ask who you pick.

@@administratorperson3272 - I can only try to answer, based on what you type, not what you mean. Your prior comment says, "What amp hr load is the 12kw and 17kw dynamic requirement?" Batteries are rated in amp hr., so thats why i answered the way i did. I want to try to help you if i can, but please be more descriptive, thank you. Also when trying to figure out electrical requirements, its best to use the Largest draw. Like in your example 17kw. To support 17kw, you would need to be able to provide roughly 1,700 Amps of current, depending on actual efficiency. Hope this help's!?

The current limiting feature on these amps limiting the wattage output is the only feature I don't like about them I feel like they would do much more power if they didn't have that feature
@JohnG100011 күн бұрын
They did that so they won't blow up and catch fire when peoples electrical can't keep up
@JasonWW200011 күн бұрын
I don't feel like you're understanding the advantages of current limiting. If a traditional amplifier gave you 7,400w at half ohm then it would probably only give 5,000w at 1 ohm, then 3000 at 2 ohm and maybe 1800 at 4 ohm. Which amp would you rather have? The current limiting feature gives you way more power at the higher ohm loads. Keep in mind they only built the internals to handle 8,000 watt continuous. This is how they keep the prices as low as possible.
