Maybe don't stir the coffee too much?, it has become a black coffee. I watch some video about making espresso without machine. It says to pour hot water into the coffee then close it and let it rest for about 1 minutes. Then give an enough stir like 3-5 swirl. The last step to strain it. I haven't try it yet. But i guess it'll work

But it has become a black coffee. For making espresso need high pressure (like espresso machine).

Yes it does! However, you can make it without a coffee grinder. I’ve made this recipe several times with pre-ground coffee.

I would call it strong coffee at best. But the technique is very good and better than an instant coffee. With little equipment. I would still rather use a moka that is dirt cheap.

I’m no master but I’m slowly learning. While my art still in progress , I’ve learned how to more consistently froth my milk. Which has made it so much easier to start trying designs. Some tips I’ve been learning on how to make latte art: 🥛 1. How you froth your milk is of utmost importance. • It needs to be silky and smooth. Having too much thick foam will produce good art. • Make sure to position your steam wand so that the milk swirls in the pitcher. I achieved this by holding my pitcher at 45* angle and having the wand pointing down. For the first several seconds I incorporate air into the milk by holding the tip on the surface. Then heat the milk and keep it swirling. 🤒 2. Milk temperature 155-165F • I go by how my pitcher feels for the temperature. My husband likes his lattes hot! I like mine a bit less. And I find my milk is easier to work with when it’s not quite so hot. • I’ve read the perfect temp is between 155-165F. • The pitcher should start to feel too hot to touch and then you know it’s ready. • Note that the micro foam you need will hardly exist if the milk gets too hot. It won’t hold any froth and you’ll have a drink that tastes a bit off. The milk tastes sweetest in the 155-165 range and will denature once too hot. 4. Contrast: Create the base • Make sure to create a canvas of espresso and milk to provide contrast to the white foam. I pour circularly until about 2/3 cup and then start to try making art. 5. You need to squiggle the milk pitcher while apply forward motion to create the proper rings. Not something I’ve figured out yet. But it’s getting there. This one almost looked like a Christmas tree. #latteart #art #latteartgram

I made an onion sausage butternut squash soup a while ago. It turned out wonderfully and was a great dairy free dinner. In the oven on 400F for about 30-40 minutes, I roasted: 1 butternut squash, brushed with olive oil 1 lb sausage (from @rehobothfarmsuffolk) 1 onion Then added it to my crockpot to cook on low for 4 hours with: 4 cups chicken broth (add additional cup of water if it’s too thick) 2 carrots shredded 2 garlic cloves, chopped Salt & pepper Parsley Add in your egg noodles a few minutes before serving for best results. I used some tri-colour rotini since I was out of egg noodles. #butternutsquash #butternutsquashsoup #dairyfreesoup

I'm not mocking you. I will try your method. I have been watching the moka pot people rebrandinng the old espresso pot. Duh. Its still lousy in my opinion. I think you are on to something. Because in end it's about the taste. At moment I just use the French press and don't let it steep. I then dribble a sixth of cold water on top of the poured cup. It's just the smoothest cup of coffee I can make with the least amount of equipment and time.
@peetsnort8 ай бұрын
No A machine. A HALF DOZEN Joking. I like the double walled drinking cup. The good cup of coffee is quite a ritual. Similarly a Japanese tea ceremony. Pre heating is a good factor. I live in Herefordshire where the water is disgusting and hard. So much depends on good water Our kettles get a load of lime fur/scale. I noticed that up in Scotland the kettle get a black fur /scale from the soft peaty water. The same water that makes the best whiskey. Nice video. Keep on experimenting .

I was watching a video on how to use the moka pot and the Italian lady said that once the coffee machine has made it you must stir it before pouring. Apparently the first bit is much stronger. So you blend it with the last bit
