In 1975 another up and coming Actress named Julia Barr debuted as Brooke English Cudahy Chandler on All My Children. She won a well deserved emmy award tv's highest acting honor when she found out that her husband had an affair with his pa because he was obsessed with having a son of his own, and she couldn't give him one. Kind of like a Garden Of Shadows. The Show went off the air in 2011 but she was a survivor.

Tommy was too weird about Katy dating. I know it was weird her going out with Martin but it wasn’t weird for her going out with lads her own age. Tommy didn’t even want her dating someone her own age or a couple of years older like Tyrone. Just thought Tommy seemed a bit pervy over his own daughter! 🙈

I wish Tommy and Angela gave half the attention to Craig instead on all on Katy. Obvious she was their favourite which is weird as Craig was much more likeable than annoying Katie!

Watching classic Corrie now and Katy's gonna die soon. I know it's only a soap story and 20 years ago, but it's kind of sad the way things worked out! If only Martin would have forgiven her when she came back begging after the abortion, nobody would have had to die!

Genuinely well crafted storyline. Especially at this part with the stars aligning for the perfect crime and then the fall out. No wonder they've attempted to emulate this storyline over and over again only to come up short everytime.
