Yes you can, grate the cheese as fine as you can and you will have to check bake times as well.

Ours lasted about 2 months and then we made another version that's currently about 4 weeks in the fridge. Divide into smaller containers to avoid opening and closing the large container each time. We also mix with mayonnaise for a chillie mayo that goes so well with chicken dishes.
