Naïve thinking: your advice is perfect but not to be of any use when the narcissist is your mother, who doesn't have anybody to take care of, her character indeed never changes, she lies about everything, important or not, manipulates all the time, has no talents, no achievements of the life of any kind, blames everybody for her mistakes and never says sorry.....and everything said above. Blackmailes me for entire life. Guess what, I am 70 and had to come back and take care of her, she destroyed all people around her, there's no a single person wanting to be with her, she's is 93, has no education but mastered torturing me. THERE'S NO ESCAPE till death parts us. I am an empath and she doesn't care what I feel, nothing is good enough....I have to listen to it again, she is mental, abusive, selfish, all is for her and at her liking.She also uses religion, asking from me what she never deliver, i.e. humility. I could go on and on. It is difficult to believe that someone who should encourage, prise, love.....takes advantage of me.

He knew that he kept saying that I would leave him. He was so abusive that he kicked me in my sleep for snoring, I have sleep apnea and he refused to let me have a cpap machine. I left and he can't drive or get anywhere, I moved 3 towns away because he threatened me if I left he'd hunt me down and hurt me. Thank God I have been out over 4 years 🙏 🙌

This video is the most noble and extremely precious peace of knowledge and should be added to the Bible as a warning against evil. People who seek you out to destroy you for their own gain. I married a narcissist..... He changed me completely, and it was hard to find out who I was after he was done with me for years of gas lighting. I finally figured out a way to get away from him, and his abuse by finally finding out what a narcissist was. My eyes were open. It was like my entire world flipped right back up from where I had started before and met him..... I learned tools that Help to me create boundaries after he destroyed my life. The type of manipulation that he put our child through makes me think he's going to hell for sure.. I do not wish that on him. As I am still a positive influence on him. I ended up getting a restraining order and it helps keep him at Bay for now. Although I tell him I know what he is and to stay away from me. Going no contact is impossible when you share a child. When everything about your life is to promote that childs well being. You do what you have to do. Anyway, this video sums up the last 3 years that I have been trying to absorb about a narcissist and the damage that they do. I appreciate it deeply and I'm saving it and playing over and over and over to myself. I was in a constant state of panic and anxiety and depression because of my narcissist husband and I am healed after the discard. I was not educated enough and I have my whole life back now I am finally happy ❤😊

I didn't know back than but i know now 🤨 it's been several years and I had severe anxiety and trust issues. Coming out of my shell i met my neighbor and which she approached me first . Being that she's older i thought we were cool until I started seeing her mask slip. She started giving underhanded comments, next she started copying me in conversations than she started a smear campaign. The fact is i already been to the dang zoo and im not fixing to go to another one 🤨 Trust me I backed off real quick and now she looks and I'll wave but that's it . She tried to hoover saying she had some item's for me i politely rejected. The expression on her face was priceless. Also while praying the good Lord above reminded me that she was a friend of my brother who was definitely a Narc . So she targeted me to make my brother jealous, like really. My brother passed last year , i hope somewhere that he has found peace. This time around , i wasn't severally affected because I caught those red flags. Not only that , im not allowing anyone to put me back in a box with trust issues. People are people some good some evil, you have to get back on the horse and ride ...just know the horse you're riding. I love meeting and talking to people, im just more aware of who I allow into my life .
