I don't really know where you are in this video but there's one very similar in guild hall Vermont it had the old maine central rail road cross the top had a stream go threw it and during spring floods the Connecticut river would have enough room to flood threw the tunnel into the stream area.

Definitely worth visiting on a day when they're milling, the interior of the mill is neat to watch when the wheel and grinding apparatus are running and the staff are there to answer questions about the mill and the people who lived there. You can also pick up cornmeal and wheat flour in the gift shop that was milled on-site.

Happy that You and Mrs. Lumberjack like the hats,...I just saved them to show on my confessions video and was about to throw them out or take them to Goodwill or something like that. That bridge is pretty cool, and I wonder how old it is. The rock formation is nice, and it looks like it was blown out by dynamite. I have seen that kind of thing in Kentucky. Nice footage, and thank You Sir!

That is a nice trek to the waterpark. What kind of waterpark was it? I imagined a place that would have big pools. Nice find with the ghost pipe. I have seen it once in the Smokies on a trail on Cades Cove. They say it grows where disputes took place, and remain unsettled, urban legend of course. We used to call water striders, water skeeters 😆
@LumberjackPa
@LumberjackPa 5 күн бұрын
My understanding of the park is that it was on the lines of a camp that took advantage of a natural water source to create a swimming area while possibly extoling the waters healing and restoration powers. The ghost pipe would have been missed, were it not for the keen eyes of Mrs. Lumberjack. Thank you for watching and supporting us.

Hey there, LumberjackPa! @travelingRonman sent me your way. I found your link on his Little Buffalo meetup video. I'm K. My wife Ro and I started our hiking channel last year. We were happy to find this little gem in your catalog. Ro comes from a long line of pierogi makers. She's carrying on the family tradition handed down from her mother and grandmother. She used to make about 300 pierogies once a year before the holidays but now-a-days it's smaller batches throughout the year. Her specialty fillings are 1) farmer cheese 2) Sauteed cabbage and onion 3) Potato/Cheddar. She has a pierogi template she lays the dough and filling into and can make 6 at a time. BTW, she gives you a 👍, nice job!
