SUPER USEFUL VIDEO! BTW... the bumper buttons need to be pulled back with a flat blade screwdriver 1//32" so it can engage properly and "snap" into place. That is a tolerance issue from the manufacturer. PROBLEM I HAVE: My Pixel phone with Android software, does not list the Luba, and DOES drive the Luba. But continuously complains of WEAK signal. even when standing next to it. Is there any suggestion on how to improve the strength of the signal? I only have about 8 apps that use Bluetooth and are not connected at the time. I checked these out and made Android "Forget" them, with no effect on the L:uba. The Bluetooth signal is still weak.

Hi, Excellent content! I have been trying to decide between the Luba 2 10000H and the Husqvarna Automower 450XH EPOS. Have about 1.8 mowable acres of mixed rye, bluegrass and fescue spotted with weeds. The property is a rectangle with three tiers with a gentle slop between each tier. Have a few gardens, maybe 30 evergreen trees, and eight Maples to mow around. Most of the trees are around the edge fo the property and line the driveway. My concerns: 1. The cut quality -- The Luba has 8 blades over a 15 inch swath whereas the Husqvarna has three blades over nine inches and they are somewhat covered by a safety disc. I would think the Luba would deliver a better cut based on blade density. Then again, the Luba is heavier and smashes some of the grass down before mowing. What has been peoples’ experience with cut quality? 2. Maneuverability - The Luba has four independently motored wheels. The Husky has two independently motored wheels and two coasters… Clearly the Luba is more cumbersome to turn around. I’d assume the Husky would maneuver better around the gardens and trees. Experiences? 3. Battery lifecycle -- The Luba weighs 44 pounds whereas the Husky is 30+. Logically pushing all the extra weigh should use more power and a softer lifetime. Spending this kind of $$, I’d like something that will last as long as possible. 4. Viability --- Husky has been around longer. Luba is relatively new. But, Luba’s products are getting good reviews… Anyway… Would appreciate your comments about the first three concerns.

Eco flow is terrible. Grass constantly stuck, constantly going away from the track. It just sucks. We are frustrated with ours.

I have the Luba 2 10000 and I got my just under 2.5 acres mapped. The mower will mow that yard and do its thing as its mowing. Meaning, it will change directions, but it gets the whole yard. However, it will be about 32 inches short of the docking station to recharge. Why would it do that?

As owner of this model 1 it is a bit harch to trust this manufacturer how good really this model 2 would be. as with model 1 they forgot to tell that it only works in wide open areas and there could be no trees at all! I have quite normal yard, where yard itself does not have trees, but surrounding areas does. So what happens is that Luba is constatly loosing signal and stopping and, I would say its bad coding, as it can not recover after it looses it signal.I think they do have some problems with GPS receiver or i know (working with mobile phones) that antenna technic is very challenging and recource consumig to optimize) What i see in outside of model 2 they still have same basic design faults in place. Like putting those cutting blades exactly side by side is forcing them to leave some space there that all you can see in end result as Luba leaves a stripe behind, if you are trying to utilize this whole 40 cm cutting area, which is another false advertising due to this problem. Blades should be running more in diagonal position so you could have some overlapping with the blades itself. Another very important and very easy fault to fix would be that they would alternate the spinning direction of blades. I did try to tell them about these flaws they are carrying, but as evveryone knows they have about 1,5 months delay on customer service and then you get some copy paste phareses back so its not very effective. With spinning those blades everyother time to other direction you can double easily how long your blades last, as blades are double sided anyway. Or of course you can do swapping them around manually, but same thing could be done automatically with software. I dont understand why they insist modeling this as "formula 1" racing car? Instead they should model it so that it would be symmetrical, so that you can run it both directions. This is common mistake for all manufactruresrs at this point i think. By changing this you can add aroun 30 to 40% efficiency to unit when it does not need to run those lawn waring and tearing turns after each row instead they could just do little allingment and run next row, as thos blades dont care which way they are cutting do they. I think i had about 30 easy fixes written down after first season, but some how they did not want to improve model 1 intead they build another model and discontinued model 1. The ones that backed them up to get started in kickstarter where left with unfinish product with no support what so ever. i think this is not very good marketing tactic in internet decade where everyone can find real customer feedback for every product out there.

As a Husqvarna EPOS customer.. things I would need for Yarbo: 1) Multiple RTK stations.. if it has a reference station that has to be mounted. 2) Trimmer/Edge attachments .. which I believe are in the work.

Interesting and good question! If you're unable to train the tree to toss them into the neighbor's lawn, then I think there are 2 factors to consider. Drive system and cutting system. The LUBA is AWD so should have very few problems maneuvering over sticks and impediments. The downfall for the LUBA will be that with a double disc system, sticks "could" become lodged. On the other hand, the EPOS is 2WD so may run into issues with getting hung up on larger sticks, but the single disc cutting system (+ metal skid plate) is less likely for sticks to become wedged. While I can see the concern, if the sticks are rather small, either model will likely experience few issues so other lawn factors (size, slope, overall terrain) should play a bigger role. I know it's not a "this is best," but I hope the context helps with your decision.

the 3 minutes to get to the point of the video and the daft camera angle in the beginning show weid through process in creating the video, which translates into a weird though process in making the devices. 8 models instead of 3, seperate high and low modles, instead of a simple adjustment to blade/ride height... why not one model and different battery packs.... i suppose thats less profatable... more grip on the back, balenced by less side ways grip on the front... just weird choices. like that red camera part at the beginning....

The thing with luba that bothers me so greatly is your paying for access and to get more acres you need to spend more for the same machine. Also if the machine is 1.25 acres max you can't do any more than that. My husqvarna has been nearly flawless since I got it and it does my whole property with no issues. Also the RTK issues may be solved for smaller yards, for my yard I don't think it would be acceptable. The different frequencies used wouldn't allow it to connect frequently enough if at all to mow the farther areas in my yard. This is where husqvarna is superior. They all cut grass and make it look sharp, thats the easy part. The hard part is making sure it does it day after day.

The biggest issue/problem I have is with grass and dirt building up above the lift arms. Grass and dirt builds up very quickly (cutting 1/8 acre) the lift arms going up and downcompresses these cuttings into a very hard cake. Then Luba starts sending out left arm Is malfunction errors. Then I must remove both cutting disc, then remove each lift arms, remove the grass cake, then put everything back together. This happens between each zone luba cuts. So at least one a day. Anyone else having this type of issues?

Hopefully the experts on here will confirm. But in my opinion based on what I have learned. You can use your phone hotspot to get it setup and allow it to download any software or firmware updates. Once it’s set up and running you can use your phone Bluetooth to control it. If you want to be able to control it remotely when you are away you will not be able to do that as the device will have no internet connection without you there. Just my two cents if that helps. PS. I’ve my Luba ordered and waiting for deliver to really looking forward to my first robotic mower.

That's a tough question. In an ideal world, yes. You should be able to setup and manage Luba 2 through your hotspot connection. That said, you will be limited in what you are able to do without being near to and directly connected to the machine and you'd regularly need to connect to it for updates. There are a few models that have 4G built-in and ready to go that you may have an improved experience with. You're welcome to contact us directly and discuss your property further. You might want to do a Yuka review (Which should I buy and why). Here is a great place to start. It seems the only differences in the Luka models are simply feature withholding like speed of mowing and the in-app area storage capacity. I don't like it but I understand the business model. Like Tesla. There must be battery size differences but this is unclear on their site. Here is a good list of questions that should be in their FAQ: 1) in fact is everything (other than the battery) the same on the Luka models - the motor, etc? 2) Since the Yuka 1500 mows only .37 of an acre, could not the Yuka just return to it's station and recharge and then go back out again immediately and hit another zone? If that's the case why not just get the Yuka 600 making multiple runs to recharge on even larger lawns - like 2 acres? 3) How long do the batteries live (number of full mows)? 4) What is the cost to replace each battery - per size? 5) if the mower needs maintenance are there authorized dealers or would I be required to ship it back to the manufacturer? 6) What would one be able to expect for longevity? Is there a rating of total meters mowed before it's worn out? 6) How long do the batteries take to recharge between mowings? 7) The water detection is cool but if you have the mower in a little garage it wouldn't know not to mow. Is this correct or am I missing something? 8) Can it be refurbished when it needs it or is it a throw away? Cost to refurb?

So the biggest hurdle right now is that the Kress RTKn is newer to the market and their coverage network of RTK stations in the US is relatively limited. It is being built out at a respectable pace, but there are still gaps. If you live in an area with an antenna it should be no problem (assuming the property is not too densely wooded). Would the key have anything to do with the Luba not connecting to my wifi? I've had the Luba 1000 for a year, today I cannot connect to Bluetooth or wifi and I've spent 6hrs trying to troubleshoot...i am officially frustrated with this machine today

If you are an Autmow customer, I hope you have submitted a ticket for resolution. If not, I assume you may have submitted one for Mammotion. Did they have any response? Are you missing your key? I would suspect not if you are able to power it on. So far as the connectivity issues go, the key should not play a role, but if you have your spare, you could swap them out to confirm. For Bluetooth, you did make sure no other devices were paired correct? I know you may not want to hear this, but it may require a factory reset (which means remapping). It's not ideal, but if none of the advice worked starting fresh may be the path of least resistance.

I wanted luba but the 70mm max cut height stopped me. With luba 2 H the max cut height of 100mm was just enough so I bought. Happy so far. One thing... the new roller type front wheels are kind of a drawback when traversing steeper slopes... the front constantl drifts down the slope... the machine corrects but it is slow going and erratic. But that is really only an issue, in my case, while it mows the perimiter.

Does Autmow carry Ambrogio? I think I've limited my choice down to the Ambrogio 4.36 Elite RTK, or Luba2. Unfortunately theres very little information out there about either so far.
