So, you really just didn't care for Just Cause 4. I hated it because there was one mission that had me in this dome-like structure, and there were panels, that I either had to protect, or destroy- I don't remember- but the fact was, I couldn't SEE THEM. I couldn't tell which were destroyed or not destroyed and I'm getting shot at the entire time I'm trying to see, and I just failed over and over until I rage quit and never played it again. Ever.

I totally agree on the Story. I remember playing a few hours of Horizon Zero Dawn (then I stopped playing because it’s the most boring game ever made) and I hated how Aloy was such an Asshole Jerk to pretty much everyone while also being perfect at everything she did. Then I played Tomb Raider and immediately fell in love with Lara because she’s such a nice, caring, cool, resourceful, beautiful character who keeps going no matter what challenges she faces.

Bought this game when it was on sale for $3 around a year and a half ago not thinking much about it, it was on my backlog for a while but once I played it I loved it so much I bought it again but physically along with the other 2 Survivor Games. The Platforming and Exploration were Great but the Combat and Action Set Pieces were real highlight for me, so much fun. I played the definitive edition which pretty much fixes the saturation issue and makes the game look absolutely beautiful even if it isn’t as hyper realistic as modern games. I 100% this game, then completed Rise, and recently 100% Shadow and now I’m replaying this game 1 year later because I fell in love with Lara and want to experience her journey again.

Just imagine what could we have if this thing got at least 1 year more in developement. When you look at some cutscenes from trailers, you can clearly see they had something more prepared but they had to scrap everything off due to publisher stupid demands to release the game before christmas

Fun game

Disagree on almost every point. Honestly the game plays very much like a Gears of War game and this Lara (who we are expected to believe is new to all this) kills and viciously murders more enemies than Master Chief. This Lara is not believable and wishy washy and I don't buy her ascent into mass murderer. I don't like her performance either. The game plays fine as an Uncharted clone, but it's not really a Tomb Raider game. It's a mostly linear and vapid shooter now.

I remember playing it for hours on my ps3. I got it in the ultimate action pack by square Enix which had tomb raider, sleeping dogs and just cause 2 in a single cd. Man those were the days.

Ran to give you a like just off the title because finally someone who thinks like me. I first played JC3 at a friend's house and had so much fun it was the whole reason I begged my dad for a console in the first place. I begged him for the game too even though I was like 14 at the time and I poured so many hours into the game because it never got old or stale or something I loathed playing. Everybody says 2 is the best but I think 3 is JCs magnum opus. Amazing video man

I like things about JC4 and I like things about JC3. JC3 has better gameplay and the GE-64. JC4 has better drop mechanics and better vehicles.

I'm playing just cause 3 and I have liberated a bunch of settlements and stuff and I honestly think the second game is better the run button the Dodge button the way you do stunts on vehicles everything is so much more seamless in 2 and easy to execute the wingsuit and stuff is cool and I do think the game is probably the second best in the series but I don't think just cause 3 is as good also there is so many less settlements to liberate in this game and the map is smaller I like the way they track stuff in just cause 2 more as well like it'll count the amount of headshots you got how many bridges you've flown under etc

They where done dirty with the budget. They got less then 3 million dollars to work with, which mightve contributed to so much cutting down

brooo, helicopter weapons are aimable, just press "space" button. However it doesnt change the fact that heli missions are shit.

I dont blame avalanche because they had to severely rush the game and thats why the game feels half done and there are just random outposts that dont do anything but sit there also i really liked the dlc and i think thats just cause (get it) they had enough time to actually work on it

The worst part was blowing up things in bases and it not really doing anything. I didn't really get to far because they're was almost no reason to blow things up

2024 and this is still the best far cry game. Best map. Best story. Best villian. Just the best of everything. This was the last good Far Cry. And looking at the leaks of FC7 I think it will remain so.

It especially doesn’t help that those like me who like trophy hunting, there are over 400 challenges that all involve just walking, flying, or driving through a ring. How fun. Not to mention, all locations you have to discover aren’t even marked on the map meaning you have to find them all yourself, there isn’t even fog of war to know places you haven’t been before.

JC 3 is honestly the peak of the series IMO, Idk why they goofed so hard with JC 4 when all they had to do was to follow everything they did with JC 3 and keep the interesting stuff like the extreme weather.

It would have been 25x better if just kept my favourite thing which is destroying bases on its own. In this game the objects fcking respawn and doing nothing. The base game is good, but this was a huge mistake Oh and the the races are also replaced with these randon mini challenges which is bad as well

I paired it with my Phone but the trackpad doesn't work. With my old PS4 controller I can use the trackpad like a mouse but on the ps5 controller it doesn't register it.. any advice?
