Bogus courts colluding with the social services. No due process of law, blatantly bogus paperwork. Perjury is a crime!!!

Represent yourself 100%. Please do. They have kidnapped your kids. If you pay the ransom they will keep on doing it to others. But the risks are the worst.

My strategy when I went to court, Learn the law, represent yorself. Lawyers are not on our side. Yu are laying yor arse in the hands of a star chamber, and are a source of income to the system. Solicitors swear an oath to the BAR, not to their client, they are an integral part of the scam. Representing yorself fucks their scam right over. Learn the law, enforce yor rights, withdraw all implied consent, seek beyond doubt evidence, and never be scared to challenge anything yu don't know about or don't agree with.

All of these people should be called scrubs. one name for Them alll... Scrubs. I will say scrub with my hat on and sit when he enters any ship. They will have no job once people understand that they are scrubs and deserve nothing of your time.

I loved your videos. They are very helpful for people who cannot afford legals. However, I must say that without an expert barrister at a final hearing hearing, things can go very wrong.The wrong order may be issued. It is also important to mention that there are "Direct Access Barristers" dealing specifically with family law, which after much research and looking at profiles is what we chose and we found her to be invaluable and not as expensive as a solicitor. As long as you can do paper work..

Don't waste your time or money, admit to yourself your kids are gone and your pain will heal much quicker. The courts are weak and heavily favour the parent with care, you will spends 1000s of pounds for her to get a warning, all the while the government financially rapes you and hands your money over to her for free. The family courts are just another industry that preys on the poor and all they really do is relieve you of your money. For a divorce maybe yes it's imperative but for child contact don't bother, it's a loaded game and you won't win. Chances are too you'll get charged £300 an hour for a female solicitor who works part time hours around her kids and who's heart really isn't in the battle. Been there done the whole sham.

And what should I do if I'm a single mom with no friends and no one that can look after my daughters?
@Yennnyyy2 жыл бұрын
I asked the same question before court hearing. I have 2 children under 2 yrs old. Bailiff told me that some mothers do show up with thier children. Some judges might not like it , but oh well. We do what we have to do as single mothers. I don't trust anyone with my children besides a few family members.

Video paused!! First off family court is a fraud, and is not in the best interest of kids.. thats a lie.. and it says so in your own rule book.. i faught you bastards and won.. you extort money and destroy families..fellas one way to keep your power is to never marry into this system.. period! You sign away your rights to your kids and assetts and you dont k ow it.. which is another fraud btw..
