I've been in it for 4 years and still counting...It has been very good. From Jan 2024 till june was even better, I however have seen a downward trend in booking as in people coming in. From my experince and depth of research, Airbnb algorithym focuses more on new listings rather than even existing superhost and because there are so many airbnb operators coming into the airbnb space, you'll find out that the new listings are rather getting more bookings for one or two reasons 1) The new listings are cheap. 2. Airbnb does to a greater degree promote new listings for the 1st 30days far more than older listings. 3. Airbnb also do give guest a huge discount of the new listing prices which eventually make ist very cheap to book new listings within the first 30 days of listing a new property. 4 years ago the airbnb platform said there were 300+ listing under tema/Accra, Today if you search it will say 1000+ listings within accra/Tema

What Clinton can do is to link up with the tour guides in ghana and get them familiar with the place. It may serve as a standard stop for the tour groups. Same with the VIP and STC bus drivers. Usually all they need is their free plate of food and they will stop there and the passengers can relieve themselves and also buy food etc. just an idea 😊

This is a very bold step relocating outside Accra. And your location is massive, a great location indeed, lots of unique potential. But to be honest at the beginning of the video I thought it was a bad idea to leave Accra, but the walkthrough of your multi purpose facility was mind blowing. Congratulations brother!! Keep pushing.

Happy to see this interview of an amazing person and friend dear Clinton. Sometimes in life, it's not the country that does not work it can just be the location in that country. When I relocated from the Eastern Region to the Central Region (Cape Coast) that's when energy flowed so perfectly for me. Glad I gave Ghana three times for us to get fully acquainted. They will "evolve and suceed now. Thank you Clinton for the shout-out and for highlighting my business partner and Artist of C&K Community Art Studio Kwame Atamdzi, he truly is an amazing artist.. Thank you for doing this Dela🌹

Ghana can’t just survive off of “Detty December” Year of return has passed. People are hungry for that dollar, pounds. That’s why the ghana economy is crashing. I’ve seen too many people from 4 years ago closing shop. We need fufu and better light soup not chicken and chips. English chicken and chips is proper tasteless unless you add some maggi to the better, some shito. I’m not gonna lie to you, alot of jollof in ghana is quite stale(stale means not good). It’s once in a while 1 mama by a gutter is making it right. RARELY.

I mean if you are disappointed, it is not everyone that is. So keep your disappointment to yourself! Do you know how many stupid and corrupt contractors i see everyday in the US. Don't be ignorant and throw dust into peoples eyes! I have a former policer office who is a legit contractor and who duped me for $25,000 dollars and then his company went bankrupt and thus will not pay my money back. If you are dissapointed in your relationship and it did not work for you, dont use that as a pretext to be telling people not to build in Ghana. That is rubbish and what is synonymous with people like you, 'narrow-mindedness'.. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Hi Dela. Thanks for the video.. my observations: - Looks like every one want to have a property to use for AirBnB. - Some, not all post pictures that have nothing to do with reality. I don’t want to talk about bathrooms 🫢… Doors making noise.. - The price and the cost of living in Accra.
