Took me a couple of days to get through this one. Really liked the breakdown between jealousy and envy. May Allah save our society. I think the most painful stress in our lives as a planet is narcissism. People acting in self interest and manipulating everyone through their circles to comply and drain those who are vulnerable

I don't think a person can move on to be an empath if they are dependent financially on the narcissist.

I had patience hardly for 25 mins. However, this could've been a shorter video amd i want to point something i've found that doesnt make sense. Men are tend to look women due to their nature so let's be honest, no men in the right would sincerely except ONE WIFE even if they say it with their own mouths. Just for intercourse? Sure why not? Marriage is a contract between man and woman so everybody should have own benefits. Personally i dont wanna much noise around me so you can have intimacy with your husband, cook the meal, clean house in return of him bringing money. Easy as pie! I dont have any expectation from marriages beside talking with a husband with the same mind as mine. Yes i got abused when i was 7-8 old, yes i was a quite sensitive girl (still i am) but you cant determine my fate as these things have to happen. Btw why are there so many ads in the video? Like 1 ad in 5 mins?

I have a question. I have been listening to your podcast for a long time. I'm grateful to Allah he guided me to your KZfaq channel. I came to know from your podcast that our Qareens have the daily duty of reporting to the head of Shayateen or Iblees. Is there any authentic hadith which mentions that something like this happens on a daily basis? And I also understood from your podcast that the Qareen is not evil by nature. We have the ability to overpower the qareen by elevating our nafs. If the Qareens are not evil by nature and that they can be overpowered by us in a way they don't command us anything evil, A) Do they still report to the Iblees every single day even after we overpower them and elevate our nafs? B) If the Qareens are not inherently evil (or if they are not created by Allah with a sole purpose of commanding evil things to the human beings), then why do they have the duty of reporting about us to the iblees? I mean why do they associate themselves with iblees by reporting to him if they are not inherently evil? These are the doubts I have. In no way this is to question you arrogantly. I'm seeking knowledge from you as someone who has learnt so much from you. Thank you.❤

Alslaam alaikom, no problem. The same way the angels report to Allah daily about us, is the same way all of Iblis’s soldiers report to him too, because he is in competition with Allah, so he wants daily reports on his progress to corrupt the believing humans and jinn. Abu Musa (ra) reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When Satan (Iblis) awakens in the morning, he dispatches his troops, saying: Whoever misguides a Muslim today, I will dress him with a crown. This one will go out and say: I did not leave him alone until he divorced his wife. Satan will say: A Muslim is about to get married. This one will come and say: I did not leave him alone until he disrespected his parents. Satan will say: A Muslim is about to be good to his parents. This one will come and say: I did not leave him alone until he committed idolatry. Satan will say: You, you! Another will come and say: I did not leave him alone until he committed adultery. Satan will say: You, you! This one will come and say: I did not leave him alone until he killed someone. Satan will say: You, you! Then he will dress him with a crown.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Ibn Ḥibbān 6189 Grade: Sahih (authentic) So, when does this happen with the qareen? In accordance to the research of Ibn Al Qayyim Al Jawzeyah on the soul, I believe it to be in the 1st 3rd of the night when we are asleep and they have no influence over us or our dreams, as Allah descends to our Dunya in that time and the soul travels to the spirit world, so all dreams will be divinely influenced. There is no creature created by Allah who is evil by nature, no humans or jinn. Even the predatory nature in animals is for their own survival and Allah created prey animals as food for them. In regards to the qareen not reporting to Iblis if we overpower them, if they continue to obey Iblis and challenge us then they will still have to produce a progress report, because they have a leader. Iblis will either belittle, punish, dismiss or send extra help if they don’t do well. What’s the support? Sending other evil jinns to take you away from the right path like the ashig jinn, possessed humans and other problematic individuals like covert narcissists and malignant narcissists who do black magic. Is there a possibility the qareen can become a believer and stop obeying Iblis if they are too weak to continue the job and actually start to like you and your way of life? Yes, because they have free will, no one can say that this isn’t possible, due to Allah’s mercy for all His creation. He gives every human and jinn the chance to repent before death and the jinn actually have more of an advantage than humans, as they can live for much longer. However, the only qareen who was a believer to begin with, by the help of Allah, was the one assigned to The Prophet (saw) because of the weight and scale of his dawah mission. Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (ra) reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Each one of you has a devil-companion from the jinn over him.” They said, “Even you, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet said, “Even me, yet Allah helped me against him until he embraced Islam. He does not order me to do anything but good.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2814 Grade: Sahih (authentic) Allah did this for The Prophet (saw), because Iblis works the hardest to corrupt the righteous people in dawah and those who are scholars, to kill the correct message of Islam and people’s love for Allah. Iblis, on the other hand, rewards and supports the corrupt dawah people and scholars, who spread an incorrect, harsh and disturbing understanding of Islam that can push people away from it and cause them to view Allah as a tyrant. Sa’id ibn Dawud reported: Makhlad ibn al-Husyan, may Allah have mercy on him, said, “Allah never tells something to His servants but that Satan interferes with it in one of two ways. He does not care which of them succeeds. Either he makes them exaggerate in it (extremism), or he makes them belittle it (liberalism).” Abu Nu’aym reported: Ibrahim ibn Adham, may Allah have mercy on him, said, “It is said that nothing is harder upon Iblis than a wise and patient scholar. If he speaks, he speaks with correct knowledge. If he is silent, he is silent with forbearance (wisdom and patience).” In regards to your second question, they associate themselves with Iblis, because they have chosen to follow his leadership, the same way some humans have chosen to be evil, instead of good and rebel against the laws of Allah. The qareen who is assigned to you, is assigned by Iblis and not Allah. Allah allows Iblis to do this, but as protection from his soldiers, Allah sends us 4 angels who accompany us everyday. If we read the athkars, the angels can do their job well. If we don’t, then we are at the mercy of Allah and sometimes, we have to face the consequences of not reading the athkars (i.e., the jinn get access to us via heavy waswas and temptations to sin, which is the human being’s greatest issue - like it was with Adam (as). It is the issue Allah warns us about in Surat Falaq). At the end of the day, nothing will happen except by Allah’s will and angels can protect you from other dangers too, such as being hit by a car or not dying from choking. Hope that answers your question. I wrote a detailed response in case anyone else has the same question or doubts. I have already answered this in a previous podcast, but can’t remember which one now. Please know that I wouldn’t give islamic information to people that I’m unsure of or isn’t authentic. It is a responsibility I carry with honour, great care and integrity.

Also, sorry but I have a question: is it possible to do rhukiya on someone else without them knowing? Or is that frowned upon? I regularly make dua for them but I've never tried rukiya on anyone before, including on myself. From the symptoms you mentioned, my siblings and I have a lot of those signs. We've all been to the doctor's with no diagnosis. One has gut issues and shoulder tension, one has the tingly limbs and knee problems, and I have a really fast heart rate with no medical explaination. Fatigue for all of us. Non muslims explain a lot of these ailments as common symptoms of CPTSD, so that's what I thought it was. The problem is that one sibling has been really turned off of religion (spiritual abuse) and the other is in a heavy codepedent phase. Neither would like to hear about a rukyia recommedation. Can I do anything more than to pray for them? Thank you so much!! This entire issue has been bugging me for a while so at least I know where to really start now.

The bit about intuition vs. waswas is very helpful. There were times where I felt a big sense of doom after talking to someone, even though I liked them and couldn't pinpoint any clear red flags. Having been a Victim of Narcissistic abuse over the past 30 years from 2 malignant parents it was a special kind of hell. Also, using 4 siblings as flying monkey's and then all their enablers. I don't even have 1 relative on my side from around 20 but I am now more stronger and wiser than I have ever been. They still come here and can't even greet me but I no longer cry about it. Above all else, seek Allah(SWT). He will direct you, comfort you, love you, guide you and so much more. As Yakub AS, complain about your anguish and sorrow to Allah(SWT) only when he is the one who has the solutions. In the meantime, we have to do all on our side too. I had to do so much Education, and Self-Care over decades now. I can advise also as: 1. Moving your body with exercise. 2. Practicing mindfulness. 3. Minimizing stress. 4. Getting plenty of rest. 5. Eating nutritious foods We have to do the inner work as Dr Mona often refers so in many of her podcasts. The result is you can become your best version. I never thought I would become my best version as I now have by myself and Others and in my relationship with Allah(SWT). But keep striving for even more. I really have to pinch myself. Furthermore, we have a beautiful hereafter awaiting us. You can be in the same situation as me and other Victims i.e. the reward which can await you and so much so we would want to come back to this world all over again to go through even more betrayals, pain, suffering, harm, neglect, abuse and so much more. I have had huge tests which has tested my patience. We are the fortunate ones and to engage in a great act of worship i.e. patience. As per the teaching in our Quran, the reward is without limit. So we potentially would not even have to go through the scales on the Day of Judgement. Rather, if anyone's life has been running smoothly, they should be worrying on where are their opportunities to engage in this particular great act of patience. I was to then notice how patient I became in my character so much so I don't even know how to start shouting etc. I have been enjoying my own solitude for such a long time but it allowed me to keep growing as a person. When we can have Allah(SWT) on our side then you have everything. Allah(SWT) is always with the Oppressed person and when we raise our hands in Dua to Allah(SWT) there is no barrier between us. I shall keep you in my Dua's. All the very best.

Unfortunately, even if your intention would have been good, you can attract Others in whom jealousy and envy could have been triggered. Not everyone has a good intention and a clean heart. Thus, Dr Mona in this podcast refers specially how even at Weddings so many different photos are taken to be shared with Others Thus, from the learning gained from this podcast I would say to share several photos as more intimate too i.e. cutting a wedding cake together can even trigger a yearn from Others. Some could have the intention of rubbing it into Others. If a couple are getting married for each Other why do those not even related to the couple need to see any of the photos and why provide them too. In today's world of social media, how photos can be forwarded on or rather even taken without us aware for the sole purpose of sharing with Others. We don't want to be in a scenario of where we are the topic of discussion behind our backs and on our blessings. In my opinion, such gatherings can trigger the yearning even more thus then releasing jealousy and envy. It reminds me of a person in India who had to ask on a talk show because she was struggling to shake off Neighbours who would be peeping onto them. She was told to just tell them today, all sorts of drama happened and something on the lines of it was all horrible. It puts to bed evil which could have been become even bigger and ruining the actual happy and loving environment they had in their home. I hope the details I provide help.

Thank You. I am hoping to go through the Podcast very soon. Aside, I felt the need to comment already having received the notification into my Inbox. How nice to be able to subscribe to the Channel and be prompted in such a lovely way when a new Podcast is ready for us to further educate ourselves. In this day and age, the topic is so important. Having been a Victim most of my life, I had to learn the hard way to not share all the blessings which may come our way from Allah(SWT). The traits of Jealousy and Envy are one of the worst diseases of the heart. In my opinion, also because how it can lead to so much more via the tongue as gossip, backbiting, slander and even physical harm to the innocent Victim. The Victim who may have worked very hard or just even woken up to pray to Allah(SWT) when everyone else was sleeping. In Surah Hujarat of the Quran (one of the best learning chapters in the Quran i.e. like a United Nations charter), we are even told to not Spy on Others and I have found if we implement the learning into our Character we can protect ourselves from all the rest which can follow. The same learning is now relevant to Online where I have found how folk can do Online Spying. Thus, please protect yourselves Online too. I personally keep a couple of accounts private and very careful on which people can view or what I even upload. I use to see the best in everyone which is one of the great ways to keep ourselves pure and clean from the diseases of the heart. However, we are allowed to lower any perception to protect ourselves. For example, I was gifted as an Empath, and I use to provide my Empathy to all but now I only provide to a selected few. Although, I would always try my very best to be kind and polite to everyone in all races and receive the joy and contentment for even making them laugh. I previously did my own learning several years ago via Mufti Menk Saheb. There were 2 reasons, he is one of a few emphatic scholars and secondly he is one of a few who will go into a lot of detail on this topic. When someone is going out of their way to do a Podcast for 3 hours and 24 minutes, allocating the time from our personal lives to listen carefully and learn will bring great benefits to you in so many ways. My statement is very heartfelt and genuine as someone who has been a Victim of Jealousy and Envy and even carried the Evil Eye for most of his life. Although I had to learn the hard way, I have now got to the level of what to share and what not to share. When folk come up to us, I can conclude straight-away they are fishing for information. All we have to do is be polite, be wise, protect yourself first, and end the conversation in a way where we still have the pleasure of Allah(SWT) on us. Finally, on our part we have to do the Morning (after Fajar) and Evening (after Maghrib) protection. By doing so, we are emphasising our tawakkul in Allah (SWT). We cannot be in a situation where we are not laying our trust in Allah(SWT) by undertaking what has been prescribed. To then cry if we get affected by Jealousy and Envy from Others aside not doing the basics outlined earlier to protect ourselves.

Once I did, I could see the joy in their eyes that am not perfect either. They have more money, a husband and many things that I don’t have. But I think they hate my stability, peace of mind and state of contentment I always profess.

Another point you mention and which she did to me twice is introduce me to crappy potential partners as I am single. One I discovered was liar and big con artist very dishonest guy, always making shady deals. The coupling did not go through because we were from different cast system. I later found out this guy was nothing, he was always running away from debtors and people he robbed blind by his shady deals. The other guy was a huge player. I myself noticed his wondering eye and loads of female back burner friends. One of my biggest fears in life is to catch an STD so I dropped that loser also. All these bad encounters are courtesy of this so called friend. Even when I try to distance myself, she is always trying to come to me. This, like many of your talks kept me up at night and all the memories pouring in, all the dots connecting, am so mad ! People can be hateful and cunning. Why would you pretend to be friends with someone you don't like? All this covert competition and sabotage. All the dots connect Dr. Mona! I consume your content so much now that I repeat your lingo like crazy now. Back burner and man child. :) Jazakillahu Khairan katheeran Dr. Mona.

The guidance only comes from Allah(SWT). He Guides who he Wills. At some point, they can revert. I believe it is not something we should explore too much other than keep the belief of Allah(SWT) guiding those who he wants.

Your covert enemies also never support you in public to avoid people they were gossiping you to seeing their support. They don’t wanna support you and they don’t want the people they gossip you with seeing their two faced hypocrisy but they wanna hang around you to know what’s going on with you. They keep tabs on you. Some might criticize you publicly in the name of “advising” you but it’s meant to humble you and expose your weaknesses. Never Ever ever post anything about your personal life on social media. Don’t even upload pictures or post anything. Be mysterious, quiet about your goals and successes. Avoid their events, go too early or too late after they’re gone if it’s a family event you can’t miss. Also get rid of flying monkeys, your enemies agents feeding them information Dr. Mona hit the nail on the head, trust me I lived this life she’s right!

I see why there was a trigger warning to this episode. Such a nasty spiritual disease. May Allah not test us to have it and not test us to become victims of it. 🤲🏼
