I made this cake exactly it was showed Not baked at all It rised but inside was not cooked Then I lower the temperature and increased the time It took me more than an hour to play with it 😢

Hi I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work out for you very well. It’s actually takes longer in the air fryer than the normal oven. Keep the ingredients less and use smaller cake size. Also use baking option in your air fryer. It takes some time to know how it works for you. It happened to me also once when I used bigger cake size and more ingredients 😞

I’ve just booked this with Tui from Hurghada. Looks amazing. How long was the journey in total? What time of year did you go and how hot was it inside the pyramid?

Hi, we went in August 2023, an hour journey on the plane although it was long tiring but exiting day. Inside the pyramid was very tight and hot. If you’re claustrophobic then avoid going inside. Wear loose comfortable clothing and footwear. Best to take hand held fan 🪭, small hand towel and water bottle with you when going inside. Enjoy and I hope you will have a wonderful time. 😊

I don't have self rising flour. Can I use yeast? If yes how long should I wait after putting in the yeast before putting everything into the air fryer?

You can use plain / all purpose flour instead of self-raising flour and add baking powder or baking soda to it according to your measurements. You can also make your own self-raising flour by adding salt, baking powder and baking soda to all purpose flour , just mix everything together and store it for next time. Hi there please could you help as I'm 55years old and first time using a tower air fryer will theses ingredients work the same way as they do in yours and can I use my old non stick cake tins in air fryer love also how many eggs do you use if there a box of 10 mixed caged eggs and not large eggs please. Hi, yes I’m sure you can make this in any air fryer. If your air fryer has baking option then that would be great otherwise just bake it as normal setting. Yes use your standard baking cake tin no prob. Use 2 mixed weight eggs with 100g of everything else ie butter, sugar, flour. I hope this helps xx

@@michellebrown-gr7lc yes off course you can double the ingredients if you’re making two cakes. However try not to make too big cake in an air fryer as it might not cook properly from the middle. Smaller the size the better it will be baked. In the normal oven there’s no problem with that. 🥰☺️

Hi if u have 3 eggs what’s the weight of other ingredients ?

Hi for 3 large eggs add 200g butter, sugar and flour. If eggs are medium then add 150g everything else. Or you can weigh the eggs (without the shells) and whatever the weigh is keep all the other ingredients same weight too. Try this and let me know your feedback back. I hope this helps x
