The play sucked out all the meaning and marrow from this story line and the transitional character arc that defines the conflict of the characters. The male characters of Claude and especially Burger became banal shells of what once was. Plus you killed the wrong person at the end essentially erasing the crescendo experience where friendship trumped over belief. Shockingly bad with good music and performances.

Excellent, clean work from the performers in this video. I can't see the knap at the end. Is it Third Person? Bravo. Who's the fight choreographer?
@clarencebrowntheatre86002 жыл бұрын
The fight choreographer is Jake Guinn

@@clarencebrowntheatre8600 Ohhh, Jake is wonderful!! But, you know this. I met Jake for the first time in Banff at the Paddy Crean. You posted your video just last month. Has your production come and gone? In anycase, Best of Luck, Break lot of legs, and don't stab anyone.

Will there be a recording of She Kills Monsters after it is done showing? I saw it the other day and can’t stop thinking about it! Other productions of it aren’t like this one, and it’s literally the best show I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen Broadway shows. There’s just more heart to it and it hit really close to home. Amazing job!

It is hard to believe the show was a year ago. The costumes were fantastic and memorable in rich color sand textures.

Nice breakdown and insight. Missing A Christmas Carol this year, we are happy that CBT is still at it offering us great content even outside of the theater that we miss greatly. I think we will put A Christmas Memory up on the screen tonight and watch the reading for the first time. Who knows, might even become a new Christmas tradition thanks to CBT. Thank you.

Touching you, touching me, Crystal-Marie; loved your ebullient retelling and (wait for it) touching remark from Levi. Great use of supporting-player props. Loved Million Dollar Quartet, also, exposing my friends and their musician son to CBT.

Absolutely charming; I may never be able to hear that scene in CC again without hearing "celery" and Brenda's delightful Silvia.

Sorry you didn't get to see the 2020 Hamlet and its intimacy in the Carousel. I grieve not being able to take my 4 friends to see the last production-to-be, Gentleman's Guide ... suggesting to me how the loss of theater is a hole not to be filled.

We do love our ghosts, don't we? In CC, it has been the specter of Christmas Past that gets me, whether manifesting from a larger-than-life puppet, from the trap door, or an actor emerging from the smoke.

Peter made this remembrance come alive as if it were his own experience; virtual applause. (The fan blades behind his head was a subtle cross; turning, it would have been the circus.) CBT - terrific idea lessening social distancing.
