It cost me a lot of dough but, I did ALL of what you’re talking about except getting a V2. I got 1000watt amp, 6x9s, 6.5 fairing speakers bought the rented flash(and returned it), and my bike is loud as all get out! The FLASH takes away the FADE. ;( I just wish I had an EQ to tweak the sound or be able to fade to 😢the rear. I can’t fade anymore. ;( the front is Loud! I hear the only solution was to take everything back apart in my fairing and open the amp and cut the front speakers down on the amp. Well. Guess I’ll have to wait to get the V2 cause I believe it has an EQ. I need less mids. Thanks!
@volunteeraudio2 күн бұрын
So we do fade your amp some to compensate for this, your treble comes from the front, mid and mid bass from the rear. They blend well but the rear not have the highs will never sound as loud as the front but believe me they are doing a lot

That is there with the factory radio, the fairing gets out of adjustment overtime and never fit perfect even when new. This is why Harley put a foam strip there

@@EWGREENFIELD06 there are several reasons this could happen, have you done the latest software update from 7/11/24? If your phone loses connection to the radio or freezes while connected the apple carplay / android auto will have a black screen. Didnt you say this is not how to correctly add a amplifier to these bikes? Im confused as why its ok now?
@volunteeraudio4 күн бұрын
You can not properly do this on a cvo because the Rockford 500 watt has terrible floor noise, when using the 200 watt amp and when the amp has circuitry to help correct the stock bass boost like this amp it works really well but the limitation is still how much room you have in the fairing to fit a larger amp. That is why this is just a 2 speaker solution. Our better, larger A2b interface / Hertz 1000 watt rms 4 channel amp solution will also be available but at a much higher price point. It will be shipping within a few weeks. Our first delivery of interfaces and final tuning and of the internal DSP is scheduled for this coming weekend

I have been doing my research and Dollar for Dollar, the best upgrade available for a 2 speaker system! Loud and clear with good bass and you can hear it easily at 80 plus mph. Yes, it is sad that you have to spend money over the factory system just to be able to hear it, but Harley factory systems have never been that great anyway.
