The second short of the Betty Boop Cab Calloway trilogy. It's pretty interesting how the evil queen transforms Koko the Clown into a long-legged ghostly figure at 4:54 to make the rotoscoping of Cab Calloway's signature dance moves (like an old-timey motion capture) easier for the animators.
