If you are looking for flywheel performance and use a normal chain ring and crank, it can support up to 9 speeds, and once it is larger than 9 speeds, the chain will be at risk of falling off. If you use chain ring and crank with offset, it can support 10 and 11 speeds. 11 speed is the theoretical limit.

Hi, it depends on how you use it and the scenario in which you use it. Scientific usage and low stress usage scenarios will prolong the life of nylon gears. For example, if your cycling habits are aggressive, often accompanied by strong acceleration and deceleration, or if you often need high torque for climbing, the life of the nylon gears will decrease very quickly. I've found customers who have had to replace nylon gears after 500 miles of riding (he's a delivery guy). So there's not really a standard answer to this, but my advice is that having one or even more nylon gears on hand (buying more than one tends to be a better deal) is absolutely right, and my general recommendation is to check them from 1250 miles onwards, but if you don't notice any unusual noises, it's not really a matter of special concern.

That's definitely a good suggestion, as far as I know TSDZ8 has not developed a motor that adapts to the BB 92mm and can't be solved with shims, I'll check with TONGSHENG to make sure that they are going to do it in the future.

There is an OSF programming software that can program the controller, it has to be programmed, using display can only make limited adjustments. Hi, sorry to reply to you after a year, I realise I've overlooked some comments, have you heard of the display P860C-ML? We have made some improvements on this display so that the display can be seen more clearly in sunlight.

@@varstromebikeconversion5837 Yes I wasted $120 on the P860c display; still can not see it in the sun.. works great at night.. but i do not ride at night. Garmin Edge uses the Sunlight Readable TFT displays that make the map appear to float above the glass display.. That TECH could be used in Ebike displays.. and there are plenty of riders that would pay the extra amount to be able to see WATTS. SPEED, VOLTAGE etc... I have the Garmin Edge 1030 PLUS, and i can see it very well i the sun.. Actually better in direct sun light hitting the display..

Mine came the same way, I'm trying to look up if there's a firmware upgrade. Does your display say Varstrom or Intelligent? Mine says Varstrom.

You can cancel the speed limit from the Advanced Settings, but the setting has to work under the permission of the controller, if it is the controller who locks the speed, the display can not canceled it.

You need to enter the default password of 100001 to unlock the speed governor. I am eager to see what the top speed is with my Bafang BBSHD 1000 watt motor but I am not really interested in speed I need serious high climbing where I ride. I have a 52 volt LiFePo4 battery with 25 amp/hour capacity so I am hoping for some significant range without a recharge.

Your motor might be limited too, you can get a bafang USB cable to change the motor settings
