I was 10 years old in 1994, and I can confidently say that life in the 90s was a whirlwind of excitement and wonder. Every day felt meaningful, and there was a palpable sense of joy in the air. Kids played outside until the streetlights came on, filling the neighborhoods with laughter and adventure. I had the unique experience of growing up between the electrifying buzz of New York City and the tranquil beauty of North Carolina, truly getting the best of both worlds. The 90s were an absolute thrill ride. I remember the sheer exhilaration of playing on my Super Nintendo, then leveling up to the groundbreaking PlayStation 1. Action heroes like Jean-Claude Van Damme, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Bruce Willis lit up our screens, making every movie night an event to remember. Friday nights were legendary - we'd head to Blockbuster to rent the latest movies and games, then gather with friends and family for evenings filled with fun and laughter. From the iconic sounds of dial-up internet to the magic of discovering new music on a mixtape, the 90s were a time of endless possibilities and boundless excitement. Growing up in this incredible decade was a true adventure, one filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

I have a Thongsheng TSDZ2 motor installed in my MENDIX RX-4 MTB, which I have already done 13,000 kilometers, and I am really delighted with the performance... Except that, from approximately 6.000 kilometers on, I had the same noise problem when pedaling on it right side. I came across this video after a while of rotating the position of the cranks 180º (which caused the squeak to disappear for a while, until it reappeared), and once I watched it, I was convinced that the source of the squeak was It was the crack in the sensor shaft. I dared to carry out the disassembly following the steps indicated in the recording and discovered that the axle was in perfect condition. Once this was verified, I reassembled everything, lubricating the bearings, bottom bracket, circlips, sensor disc springs and, above all, the elastic wave washer mounted on the left end of the bottom bracket, which I think is where it is located. It produces the noise when flexing. After 1000 kilometers driven since the disassembly, I must say that everything runs like the first day.

Not bad for 13,000 km without a fault. I recently replaced the second torque sensor after 15,000 km. A year after making this video, when I heard the squeaking again, I realized another possible cause of the squeaking. The shaft resting in the torque sensor also makes such a creaking sound, on the right side. This can also be eliminated by spraying a little oil spray. Maybe I should indicate in this video that it is not necessary to completely disassemble the motor, maybe a few drops of oil or if we grease the axle is enough. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bbiTqsqQ35OaZ4U.htmlsi=Zm3ptU1tyKYgxxza And even this video is not completely accurate, because I think it's not the sprag clutch that squeaks, but the pedal axle as it rests in the torque sensor.

IMO, that squeak is from loose crank arms. Once you re-mounted them and properly tensioned them the squeek goes away. If mine squeaks a bit, I tighten up the crank arm bolts.

Both have advantages. The TSDZ2 has torque sensor, thus the riding experience is very natural. An ideal training partner, the harder you press the pedal, the more assistance it gives. Because of the torque sensor, it is more complicated and more prone to failure. If it's important for you the natural riding experience, the smooth operation, choose it. The BBSHD is a very reliable motor with low maintenance requirement, but a bit too strong for a bike in my opinion. If raw power is important to you, if you want to climb steep hillsides, you can choose the BBSHD, but this performance will require a strong frame and a high-capacity battery. (The more powerful the motor the larger the capacity of the battery is needed so that the battery can withstand the higher current consumption.) I haven't tried the BBSHD yet, but I had a PAS sensor bike , that's why I say torque sensor drive is better. So it is not so easy to decide which choice is best for you.

@mcelec7603 2 ай бұрын
Thank you! I haven't installed a TSDZ2 with a thumb throttle yet, but I've encountered such a problem before. On one Kugo scooter, the sensor leg was broken in the throttle lever, on one e-bike the wire was broken at the base of the thumb throttle , and on another the connector had a contact fault. The TSDZ2 has pretty good connectors, so maybe the problem won't be there.

@mcelec7603

I just tried it, with the latest version (3.59.1.0) and with the default settings, it can merge 360-degree videos. Of course, the video codecs must be identical. Unfortunately, I have not yet found a solution for the starting view of the given 360 video segment. That is, if, for example, I want to start with the sky in one of the scenes, how can I do that in Insta360 Studio. With the "Direction lock" switch, you can move the point of view somewhat, but it is not exact. Probably, the camera should be in the desired direction when recording.

Some time ago, I put a CD-case-thick washer under the ink tank. It seems that with such a high ink level rise, much less air gets back into the dumper.
@__LIN___
@__LIN___ 4 ай бұрын
What's the reason when you take out the damper of the print head it starts getting empty from ink and fills with air on a Ecotank printer? You suck the air out with a syringe, fill it back with ink and the moment you remove the syringe air starts filling the damper again until you don't put it back ot the printer head? What's the reason for this? The printer cannot print any color as well.
@mcelec7603
@mcelec7603 4 ай бұрын
I assume the transport lever on the ink tank is not locked, i.e. it is in the vertical position. On the back of the ink tank, each colour tank has a small ventilation hole. The vent is connected to the tank by a labyrinth. It is possible that this vent is clogged, creating a vacuum in the system and causing the dumper to suck air back. Try sucking the air out of the dumper by opening the ink tank cap. If this works, the vent is blocked.
@mcelec7603
@mcelec7603 4 ай бұрын
Please, take off cap of the ink tank when use syringe. 4:20 If you do not remove the cap, the ink may return to the tank due to the vacuum. When I print a lot at a time, I usually take off the caps after printing for a second so that the pressure difference doesn't suck the ink back into the tank.
@__LIN___
@__LIN___ 3 ай бұрын
@@mcelec7603 could you please do a video showing this transport levers? If I understand right there is one for each single tank, but I really cannot find them and if they are closed, you may be right it may create vacuum in the system if clogged. I have used the syringe with open tank caps, sucking air from dampers, but it didn't improve the situation. After that the printer still doesn't hold the ink in the dampers, it goes back suck in the ink tanks. On the 4750 user manual there is nothing about transportation lever. I don't think it has it.

Having had a sheard axle (on the drive side) , I added extra sealed bearings on both sides to all 3 of my motors. The bearing fits nicely instead of the dust seal on the chainring spider and been fine since (have over 3k miles on each) - easier & cheaper to replace the bearing than axle but so far have been fine
@mcelec7603

What a great idea to put a bearing on the right side as well. It cannot be installed in the old TSDZ2 (this motor is at least five years old in the black Merida)) because the outer size of the sealing ring in the spider is 40mm in diameter, but my wife's red Merida already has a newer motor.

By the way, this method takes a very very long time to fix... All you need to do is just tilt the washing machine to rest on a wall. Put blocks on both sides of the washing machine Undo two screws replace the front panel for the drain pump, unscrew the pump, Force the drain hose through the unit. Then you can go underneath, disconnect all hoses. Then disconnect the electrical connectors. Free the unit from the holder. Unscrew the plastic body from the pump... Get your new pump and reverse steps

Thank you for your comments. As the comments so far have shown, there are at least two versions of this type. The one I repaired has a completely sealed plastic sheet covering the bottom, which also holds the shocks and is very difficult to remove. So it is easier to replace the pump module from the front on this type. There is the other version, according to the commenters, where the bottom of the washer is open and the pump can be easily replaced from there.

I can only think of general things, like checking the USB power supply, cable, maybe there is a temperature range within which you can calibrate.
