Also, does Carson City have local transportation, like city buses? Bus services to Reno - Tahoe? Any rail service (light-rail or standard)? Any swimming holes? City pools? Is C.C. a bike-friendly area? How about family friendy City activities (Haloween, Christmas)? These are some ideas for you future videos, things that might make things intriguing for home buyers... 😉

Pyramid lake is ok..... except the Indians and the outrageous fee's and the tribe cops and the bullshit fishing regulations...plus the crappy beachs ..when harry reid give the water to the Utes the lake went to shit... I will never go back...the fishing sucks unless your a Ute

I mean, it is a small city, so I think it just makes sense. Idk I never thought about this point. 4. (I have no say in this) 5. I know there's people who don't like (crazy) weathers, so that can be a con to them. I'll give it that. But I still stand my case that Carson City is boring. Personally, anyway.

I'm in Reno right now visiting and was blown away how the gas prices are higher than the gas prices in Los Angeles. The weather in Reno is so extreme not to mention. I lived in Reno for over 47 years and I am satisfied I made the move out.

This is what you guys do best! Talk about Reno/Tahoe. Talk about the neighborhoods and history. I get it that you're real estate guys and have business to take care of, but the last several videos were essentially infomercials for specific builders/developments. Great for the targeted (small) audience, but completely boring and irrelevant for anyone else.

My BF and I plan to move to Reno from SoCal. Although there is one store on site, my company will be adding two new locations. One in South Reno and the 3rd in Sparks. Can you guess which company?? 😊 We were on the verge of buying but, we came to the conclusion to rent first and figure which location is best, safe, and somewhat affluent. Any recommendations?
