Is the fan on the left supposed to turn on if I turn on the fan to 100 % only the front one works/ turns on. So i was getting the error of not heating, but wonder if I should just replace the entire assembly?

The screw at 03:44 is too short and cannot be installed...that's why there is a cut in the video. There was no tape on the hotbed...probably dropped off, during transport?

it works better if you level diagonally, 2 or 3 times. check the center, if it's too low, then you just need to raise or lower them all slightly

I would have to agree customer service is not Where it is supposed to be cannot contact them. It’s almost like they don’t want to deal with the customer to back their product. I had better results with Creality Ender 3 backed up their product if it was a lemon, they sent you a new one. I bought this 3-D printer same exact one the fan went out on the coil where the extruder is cannot reset firmware only have 40 hours on it and I cannot get them to warranty. They say it’s or the other thing, they simply back up disappointed.
