A fantastic interview with some brilliant insights & pictures. I particularly liked Francis & Lucian together in Soho, & Lucian at home next to Bacon's painting!

What happened guys? Let's get it together with the production values. I'm pretty sure one of Bacon's paintings could fund a major motion picture and this is what the estate is posting?

I remember a documentary about Francis bacon when he Said his paintings weren't following a narrative, I'm an Artist myself and found it fascinating.

Bella Freud would definitely be on my dream dinner party guest list, she's so refined and ethereal! I'd love to know if she was a bit earthy and bawdy too!

Just purchased your book. Can’t wait to dive in. Thanks so much for all your hard work to shed some light on the great Frances Bacon’s process ! I think it will also help other artists like myself in their own work.

I think Terry was involved with Francis during the most interesting part of his career. His paintings from the mid 1960's - mid 1970's were his best in my opinion.
