My system has not been supplying sufficient electricity. I have already explained this issue to the installer who installed it for me. He mentioned that it is due to the weather. However, yesterday and today, there has been an abundance of sunlight, yet it still did not provide enough electricity. The frustrating aspect is that it was only installed three weeks ago. I kindly request your assistance, sir.

Nawadays, electricians take solar jobs as solar experts. 1. Charge controller is very poor 2. No rack poor connections. 3. No breakers, voltage regulator or Spd. 4. Mixing of batteries is 100% no for me. 5. If a good solar Engr. Goes there, I can tell you, 4 batteries might give the client good satisfaction.

Sounds good. I have assorted batteries, so I decided to have separate charge controlers and have each battery limit the total power it can provide to the inverter/DC to DC converter. Will probably get hybrid inverters that you can attach to other hybrid inverters.

First of all employ the services of an engineer he/she should individually check the battery voltage to ensure all are at the same voltage, one, two or more batteries in that setup might be lower in voltage than the rest, let's assume its a 48volts system 12v x 4 batteries = 48v, if for example if one battery is at 10.5v eg: 12+12+10.5+12 =46.5v, you can see it directly affects all the other batteries even if they are brand new and since they are connected in series it can never balance itself out. Secondly these are lead acid batteries, whether tubular or not you're never meant to discharge it below 50% of it's rated capacity, from the video you badly discharged it till it's sitting at 41.6v ÷ 4 = 10.4 per battery, that is a completely dead battery, my guess is that you have been doing that continuously for a very long time & there's a high chance that some of those batteries have sulphated which automatically results in very low performance no matter how well you charge it. One can easily observe from the video that you don't take care of the system at all. Thirdly buy two 2x4 or a 4x2 battery rack & tidy up your installation area it looks awful & a potential fire hazard waiting to happen, & let's not forget those tubular batteries sometimes leaks electrolytes acid which can most times corrode you floor. There are so many other things that i would also like to address like your panel setup how many watts (probably a lower watt panel) & how it's wired, my guess is maybe the initial setup was for 48v system with 4pcs of batteries only maybe along the line you personally decided to buy 4 more batteries to join making it 8pcs as we can see from the video, without considering whether the panels can charge it or not (assuming it's a lower watt panel).. Just employ the service of a professional so they can troubleshoot the system & correct any problems they find.

The lower your budget, the lower you should learn to keep your load. I am running 24hours, no downtime on a meager 3kwhr battery. I don’t have any downtime even in the raining season. All I did was learn to drastically reduce my load. I swapped out all my regular fans for DC fans. My previous fans were 150w. My current DC fans consumes 28w at the highest(that is about x5 reduction). I switch off my 49inches TV that consumes about 110W, I use my 27inch Monitor that consumes less than 25W. I switch off unnecessary bulbs. Reduce my load drasticalllllllly. I added a standalone LIFEPO4 AC charger that can accept “dirty power” from generator(if worse comes to worse. My battery is fully charged in 3hours with generator and that carries me for the next 24hours again). The generator only works on rainy day. I have not put on the generator in about two weeks now. Get proper information. Any amount of battery will be enough if you know how to reduce your load and you have the right information. Shikena

The large transformer boosts the 24v AC the board supplies to 240v AC. The transformer doesn't convert, it transforms. The LF uses mosfets and Co to first convert DC to low voltage high ampereage AC while the Transformer transform the voltage into a higher voltage and lower amps. As for high frequency inverter, it's way more efficient, it's better to overspec on HF inverter, I normally do that and I have had a lot of success with them
