Good afternoon buddy. I have a quick question on your set up with the turbos and looks like a 340 block you’re using a Rab block. Is it a 340 or is Stroker one more question I like the combination but can you use aluminum rods for street driving

Don’t hear about a Hemi in a fox body much but I love it! Down the road I’d like to build one like this but currently running a bb mopar with a procharger. Is that a stock block being pushed to 1500 hp? Edit: sorry I heard it later on in the video stock block. That’s awesome!

Aluminum rods in a street engine? Ballsy!

@@Big3Racing Most definitely in all the 6 second cars, they need to. In this case for a stock block HEMI, I'm not sure if want to be tearing it down every 20 passes to slap another $2000 set of rods in it.

How long will the rods last?
@TheRealDonJohnson6 күн бұрын
@@ls7camero Really depends on RPM/Horsepower/heat cycles. They're usually rated at 15/20 1/4 mile passes before you should at least take them out to check them for stretch or stress marks.
@Big3Racing5 күн бұрын
at my power levels i will cycle them out every winter, so about 1500-2000 street miles and about 100 passes

Something I would consider if I was you guys clean those combustion chambers real good on your head. I don’t know if you can do this or not since they’ve been run I don’t know if you could put a thermal barrier on that and help the heat situation with those intake valves being right next to each anyway good luck oh hey, why not diamond like coating On cam lobes

Why? Steve Morris Already has the big block wagon. No new ideas?
@Big3Racing22 күн бұрын
The only thing similar is both being a wagon. This car is small tire, stock floor and firewall with a Procharger. Steve's wagon is a heavy big tire promod with turbos and tin floor. This was the owners car many years ago he bought back

That is the switch panel for the PMU (power management unit) from ECU Masters in the Wagon. The one in the duster is from Jolt Systems.

As of now it works on most 2015 and up V8 Mopars. It will not work with 2018 and up trucks and some SUV models. We are still testing on these to see if they work. If you have any other questions feel free to call the shop and ask for Rick.
