I love the way that teenage drinking was explored here. It didn't just say "Don't drink" it said "When you are over the top drunk you make a fool of yourself and no one thinks you are cool anyway". I always thought I was lame in college because I wasn't the most social and don't get me wrong I was pretty lame...but the people who would go over the top, vomit everywhere, try to make out with other people's boyfriends, make things bad for the party thrower's landlord, nearly get everything in trouble were the ones who ended up being ostracized more.

They’re lucky. My family has a history of alcoholism and I’ve seen it affect my family. I don’t know why it skipped over me, but I am lucky that I don’t like alcoholic drinks.
