Great ranking list Larry, I would agree with you here but I’d probably put “Innuendo” at number 1. 😌👍

the worst of it all is that they stop the comments but the hate content is promoted, so they make you angry by pushing hateful videos on your feed again and again and then you cannot even say something

I'm more interested in music than lyrics or concept too, but it's worth saying that Gabriel's lyrics on the Lamb are some of his very best and are worth a read/paying attention to. I love this album and it's in my Genesis top 3, switching position from time to time with A Trick of the Tail and Selling England by the Pound. It's a 'flawed' masterpiece, created by a young rock band trying something radically different. Sides 1 to 3 are all sublime IMO. Side 4 is still perfectly listenable but at times sounds like they're running out of steam a little.

I would like to see Does This Album Suck? videos on Elton John's Jump Up!, Too Low For Zero, Breaking Hearts, Ice On Fire and the two albums before Jump up! and the two albums after Ice On Fire. LOL!

As big of music 'Spanish Explorers' as Led Zeppelin were, they had the foresight to want to avoid this kind of mess.

i love all 20 sabbath records despite all of their differences, but i find it odd that we both have the same least favorite sab record, that being volume 4. i hypothesize that the band was incredibly tired from the non stop cycle of touring/writing/recording and volume 4 was the first to suffer from that cycle. it has some very powerful material, but as an album i find it to be a bizarre, unbalanced set of songs. then, if you go pound for pound, paranoid obviously takes the cake for most high quality, LAZER focused material, that record does not mess around with you at all, it just beats you over the head with rad song after rad song. another record that pounds you over the head with rad song after rad song is never say die, which is my all time favorite sabbath record, and im convinced people dont like that album because of the album cover, because it's really not that much different from the 7 records that came before it. great list!

I agree with you regarding the Give Em Enough Rope album, in that it will grow on you over time. I keep coming back to this album now. Although maybe not as exciting as their debut, the album show huge musical growth. It must be said that Sandy Pearlman didn't like them very much. He once said that their sound wasn't good enough to break through in the US. Boy, he was wrong on that one! He criticized Joe Strummer's vocals, so he mixed the drums louder to bury him more in the mix. The band also said that they had to play many takes pr. song which kinda took the wind out of them which affected the energy in the songs obviously.
