I had the reverse happen to me. Once had a table where the father and son had the same name and I know this because the son paid but the father left his wallet on the table 😭 I gave it to my manager to put in the safe but I never heard if he came back for it because I had to leave for school that week

I hate the whole find coverage yourself. 😒 when I was manager I'd call my employees myself to try and find cover for them. They have enough to worry about

I don't understand how a 9 yo is following the other 9 yo's mom around the country. I missed some of the episodes. How wouldn't the mom get in trouble for keeping a 9 you who isn't hers?

I want to become a teacher and if a kid wants to do homework in my class when they don’t have other work, I’ll let them! I totally understand that one class is not more important than any other and I also don’t agree with the concept of homework. Like, shouldn’t kids be able to do all their work during school hours? It’s building an unhealthy work/life balance, would you be okay if your boss asked you to do unpaid labour on the weekends? That’s the precedent that homework sets.

You'd be so pretty if you just lose some weight. We don't have to restrict your brother's food because he's thin. My whole family is then you must get that from your father's side. Want to know why I don't call home anymore??

I'm legit having this exact situation. Got forced to use my PTO when they refused my request to use my bereavement days to visit my VERY SICK grandpa and didn't know how long he had left (He's doing better now thank God but not sure how much it's given him) and they said no because I had to have "proof of passing" before they could let me go. Like, excuse me?! I'm trying to go BEFORE they pass! I bet that they wouldn't have given it a single thought and not even come in for a couple days just cause and not tell us. MAKES ME PISSED!

i’m the kind of person who, should the pizza delivery driver leave my meal at the door before i can meet them/sign for it, will call the restaurant so i can leave a tip on my card. you don’t EVER pull crap like this, especially not in a small town. if not for your conscience, then for your reputation!

In middle school we had weekly I-Ready lessons we had to do for both math and english. You had to do 30 minutes for each class, but body checked to ensure we made progress, so my classmates and I all just clicked on the screen every 5 mins or so and opened up multiples windows to fulfill the quotas in some 15 minutes. We also took an I-Ready test to determine your current skills and give you appropriate lessons. I remember that I tested out of I-ready for English and thought “Hey, I’m good now, I don’t have to do this. then my teacher proceeded to give me weekly packets to complete that she then graded. It pissed me off because I was doing the best but all that meant was that I had to do more work than everyone else and be under closer scrutiny.

That's when you come back in saying you left your wallet in your car and left your sunglasses to hint you were coming back. You still have to pay, and you should have just told them and left ID if it really happened, but at least they can't prove you are a bad person.

I ate at a place that put those scan codes on the bill where you pay through an app, and I paid that way before finding that they did actually have a register to check people out, and I still kept looking behind me the whole way out expecting someone to scream at me for not paying so I can't begin to imagine me walking out without paying.

This is what happened with my fiancé, but it was because he had just started at a new job a couple weeks before. They let him leave work early when I had to have an emergency c-section, but he had to still be at work the next day. But he still came back after work to check on me and visit our twins in the nicu.

In the 60s my father had a heart attack , before they had the kind of interventions they have now, also there was a nurse shortage, so as only adult daughter, I spent a lot of time in hosp. Bosses were mad, co worker let them know what they thought of that attitude. Thanks Rosie.

I had someone look at me like I was the craziest person they ever met cause I said I don’t have that internal monologue thing, like I can’t hear my thoughts… but then again I talk to myself out loud to compensate… like I’ve gotten so used to to it I do it around other people… being alone like straight alone alone for years will fuck you up man 😂

I have a best friend that’s my neighbor n when I “break in” (everything is always unlocked) I say as I’m walking in “I’m breaking in, I’m breaking in… you made me do this. I was worried about you…” Make a point to say it now cause the first time I did it all the doors were straight open n I swear I almost gave that man a heart attack lol like he jumped n everything n I just nonchalantly stood there n was like “I saw your truck outside n was worried about you n the baby”
