Impossible to balance, Marks could be T1. Gustav is on the steppes map, but I'm sure it's Dora and it's not a usable model, just a background. Ratte could be cool event.

And it has a 7 ton HE shell that obliterated an ammo bunker that is 30 meters underwater and that had 10meters thick reinforced concrete walls and a boat nearby the bunker. Totaly realistic.
