Highly recommend weighted dips!! Don't be scared to go up in weight either. Before ya know it you'll be doing sets of 8 with 120 lbs.

I couldn't agree more, I've felt this way for years. Millions of grown men waste an entire Sunday sitting on the couch wearing a shirt with another man's name on it. Most of us get 2 days off a week from work if we're lucky. There are so many things you can do that are actually productive to your own life.

Hey, love your content. I just have a question regarding your style of conjugate training, do you ever repeat the same workout or its different every time as I have noticed. If its different everytime how do you program it is there any video on your channel covering this, just curious about this style of training. Thanks

If the population truly understood how professional sports, the banding industry, the stock market, etc. really worked and the true purpose behind these things, revolution would occur. Instead, people would rather stay ignorant and fat.

I used to play soccer as a kid. But I'm not soccer fan. I don't know anything about the professional soccer game. I'm a big baseball fan I know you don't like baseball. My favorite baseball team are the NY Yankees. It runs in the family my grandfather was a Yankee fan, my dad is a Yankee fan and I'm a Yankee fan. I've watched football here and there with my brother-in-law but I'm not a football fan. I've watched the super bowl every now and then only for wings and commercials. 2 years ago, a close personal friend of mine died and I watched the super bowl in honor and in memory of him before I had permission from his mom to make a KZfaq video tribute. That was one of the few and rare times I liked the football game instead of the commercials. For me I'm not the biggest sports fan except for Baseball. But that's just me.

May i ask how exactly these reduce pressure off knees? Does having to move the slack againt when you get off the box not add pressure on your knees?
@TheStrengthClassroom3 күн бұрын
Less forward knee bend at the bottom. Less pressure does not mean zero pressure.

Great workout definitely want to give this a go. I usually train upper lower in a conjugate style with two intensity days and two volume/hypertrophy days, how do you think I could fit this into that routine without skipping other major muscle groups?
@TheStrengthClassroom5 күн бұрын
I would maybe split up the exercises? There is no magic in having them all in one day. For example, you could maybe put the high pulls on one of the lower body days. And then break up the back and shoulder exercises onto your upper days. Just a thought off the top of my head.
@Jack-tq3hu5 күн бұрын
