Is it ok to wait on a no stopping bus stop clearway with a wide yellow line along the kerb of the bus stop while in a stationary queue of traffic?

0:16 the thick wide yellow line along the edge of the kerb at the bus stop means that it’s a bus stop clearway, other vehicles are prohibited from stopping at any time and for any reason, so, if there is a stationary queue of traffic you must wait behind the bus stop and only move forwards when you can clear the bus stop without stopping, private hire vehicles can’t stop at 'bus stop clearways' marked with a wide yellow line by the kerb but taxis can, on red routes, both private hire vehicles and taxis can’t stop at ‘bus stop clearways’ marked with a wide red line by the kerb, I corrected a driving instructor about this, he thought it meant no parking but it actually means other vehicles are prohibited from stopping.

Its 4,4 liter, I have the same car and I never use it in the city cuz it sucks in the start stop traffic and heats up reallyyy fast, mainly use it for the Autobahn.
