Unfortunately this solution did not work for my AVR-S560H. I even tried the headphone jack insert...but no clicking sound indicating the audio is restored. Any other ideas?

I'm currently using an Audioquest Dragon hdmi cable, so that can't be it. It's been 2 days with no sound. In the past it would click off, but click back on after turning the receiver off and back on. Nothing seems to work this time...

Hi, I had disconnected the DENON system from one TV and connected it to another TV. But now when I click setup on the DENON Remote, there is change in the display of the AVR and the TV shows ‘no signal’ on the HDMI ARC selected. Kindly help

@@DesignBuildFixReview thanks for your response. The problem is there is no sound from the Speakers. So I wanted to do the changes in setup as mentioned in your video. But the problem is when I select SETUP, Main Zone button lights up, but nothing appears on OSD of DENON to indicate that SETUP has been selected and TV says no signal, so is the problem with DENON (why does it not indicate the SETUP choice) or the HDMI Cable. Pls suggest if possible

This worked for me too on my DRA-800H. I have owned denon AVR 3801 and 2801 for last 24 years and they were solid and reliable. These new ones seem buggy and flakey.

@@adamwester1795 Yeah thats what mine did. Soemtimes I would reneable it just to see if it would break and always would. They never tested the chipset in those home theaters enough. Most manufactors use same chip. Maybe new models don't

Mine over flows the drip tray with only 4 burgers. Have a melted section on bottom under drip tray. It is not well designed or tested.

@@keithcorso385 I didn't know how to get that white plastic tension level off. I was also not sure how the lid closed was detected by the electronics, didn't want to mess with it. Still solid now after the plexi. I may remove lid and give it a shot.

Also run the air and then carefully tap the middle of the face of the compressor while it's trying to run. Sometimes that works it worked on my 2004 Ford super duty

Let me give everyone a heads up you only need like one oz of oil lubricant in your entire car's AC system. Sometimes when you charge it and it doesn't get cold it's because you're buying refrigerant with extra stuff in it never do that

We had near hit during a storm just now and blew out my 68" Ceiling Fan in our Living Room. We purchased it about a month ago at Homedepot. Everything else is working fine but the Fan it doenst do anything with the remote or Light Switch. At the time it was crazy! you could also hear electricity from the Laundry room where it happened near our Washing Machine and Water Heater. 🤦🏽♂️

Metal on plastic, bad idea. The problem is caused by a tensioner as part of the hinge/spring inside the top cabinet. Take out the white piston mechanism that pushes against the spring, and the problem may go away, after you replace the lid.

Thanks, mine seems to be stable for a year now with reinforced plexi plate. I am a bit worried if I take that white piece off it doesn't align properly and I get the dreaded washer doesn't start issue

@@DesignBuildFixReview I replaced the lid with a used part, and I removed that tensioner piston. The machine works fine. The tensioner keeps the lid up when you open it part way? I can’t figure out its necessity. A solution in search of a problem (that causes a new problem).

A very good review on this device. I bought one of these a couple of years ago from Harbor Freight, and I keep it plugged in full time in my car. The reason for this is that back in 2016, my car started having a parasitic draw on the battery at times. If I drive the car at least every other day, there is no problem. If the car sits for about five or more days, the battery may be weak. If I don't drive the car for several days, I will go into the garage and look at this device. If this device is showing only one or two lights, instead of needlessly driving the car somewhere just to charge up the battery, I will hook up a charger up to the battery until it is 100% charged.

We did NOT have a good experience with this. Ours was was a piece of junk. Their customer service is horrible. We had over 4 calls with them and several emails. This company was a joke to deal with. Considering this a loss and buying a different brand.

It doesn't look like the oem one? Did you buy from maytag sounds wrong unless they made a better replacement? There is an allen screws on the right and left bottom that you remove then lift the lid up to take off.

A lot of the normal filters doubled in price this past year, especially at local places like autozone. Unless of course you take a chance on an amazon no name brand filter where you have no idea what chemicals are in it. The more we can avoid inflated costs the better.

If I recall right it had black clips on the RGB and that attached to the cpu metal block and easy to remove. I then put that fan on top of the case if I recall corectly just because I had no other use for it.

I had to lossen one of the motherboard screws a little to get the rgb wire out and replace with new cpu wire. I didnt remove the screw just lossened it and lifted mobo a tiny amount . My wire was snagged under mobo so had to do that.

is it possible for something electronic to be struck by a lightning surge and then not work but still have power?? specifically an electronic entrance gate. It was working, lightning struck and then it didnt. Ins adjuster sent a tech out and he told my husband “well, there is power going to it”. What does that mean?? He will tell my insurance company that it was not damaged by lightning??

@@chichi775 Sure can do itm a near lightinig strike will burn out the internals of a device. Funny thing is my friend had appliances that weren't even plugged in that got zapped. EMP alone zapped his washer and dryer.

It is most likely the chip they put in was never tested properly as far as I read. I don't really need the ability to have one remote to control everything so the work around works for me.

I had an old one that worked good. It depends on the clearance for mine. They don't exactly have a precise slots made in the hvac. The paper ones seem to work okay for me, but the plasric one was flimsy.

Yes, on my second lid we kept an eye on it. Wife noticed the left one had a whiteish dot in the plastic appear it was starting to crack. I immediately put that plexglass on there no issues at all about a year now.

Based on your explanation your brake lights should also either have been on permanently, or not functioning at all. Yet you describe a problem with the cruise being unable to set, but you did not state that your brake lights were also indicating a problem. So before you replaced this switch, were your brake lights functioning properly or not? Did you even test it? I am having the same issue with the cruise, but my brake lights are working fine, this is why I wonder. Possibly this is a multi position switch and the cruise is deactivated by the slightest position change while the brake lights may not activate until a further position change. Either way, this is why I would like to know if you observed a problem with your brake lights.

@@DesignBuildFixReview Hmm, I must have different issue then. I don't have brake lights on. I also tried holding the brake peddle up with my food to be sure it wasn't putting any pressure on that switch but no help. Weird thing about mine, it didn't stop working all at once. I stopped, then a few weeks later, worked for a few days, then stopped again, this repeated 3 times off and on, now it has not worked for several months.

@@K162KingPin That switch on the pedel works the opposite of what you think. If I remember right it is normally closed instead of open I think. It could also be internally damaged and intermititant I would assume. There is also something I found out later it is adjustable, depending on how much you tighten the screw onto the nut even a good switch can look bad if not adjusted just right.

Bro literally just did all 4 today. Passenger rear gave me trouble. Went to turn car around to do that one found out I lost my keys. Found in engine bay a hour later (Was using them to cut open the boxes). Once I got turn started with top bolt came out easy. Then nut on bottom, Went off easy. Went to pull shock off, nope. That fucking thing wouldn't even move. Pry bar? Nope. End up taking my mini dewalt cutter and cutting the shock off the stud. What a pain that was.
