Higher infill would be good. If you don’t want high infill for the whole part, then you can apply a localized infill modifier to just the threads on your slicer software.

Thats pretty cool, is there really any difference from swapping from the taller shifter to the smaller one? Or is just more how you like that it feels.

The other two who commented are just losers who don't have a 3D printer, nor creativity, nor anything meaningful thing in their life. I started out with my business by making custom shifter-handles. Now, due to my years of experience, I am an instructor at a college for 3D printing Design + manufacturing. Keep up the creative work!

To be honest, I'm not sure. Though I will say there is a big benefit to using a heated bed - particularly for bed adhesion and warp prevention.

Hi; in my case all 2 red cables and the black one all broke; I've already replaced the red ones, but when it comes to the black one, inside there are 2 thin cables; I cutted the cable, but now dont know which one was connected; anyone know if there is some kind of polarity? thanks

Hooooray, it actually worked. It was the black cable in my case. I opened the red cable in some places which looked questionable, but it's not broken. So I just used some tape to cover it up, I didn't cut it. I soldered the black cable and used some shrink tape, then put some insulation tape around the bundle and it works again. Nice.

Thanks for your quick and explanatory video. I fixed the power cable by resoldering them as you did. It would be possible to fix also the black double cable that goes into the main board?Or ti would be better to avoid messing with such thin things?

@@Cars_and_Robots_ Well... That's the main problem. I thought fixing/soldering the two red cables was enough, but the printer keeps freezing with the damn "MINTEMPERROR id: bed" error. The black cable seemed fine at the time so I didn't touch it. But this thing is driving me crazy.
@NoidoDev

@@antonioeziofrascarelli5881 In my case the red cables seem to not even be broken. So maybe it could be something else? These cables really should've been detachable replacement parts in the first place.

I'm having this issue but im suspicious that its not the printing bed causing the problem but the temperature sensor on the hotend as the printbed heated fine and i'm in the middle of trying to repair my hotend. Just putting that out there in case someone else has this problem. Regardless, now that im aware of this issue, im going to reinforce the cable at the back of the printbed to help protect it against material fatigue (maybe with a spring wrapped around the cables or something. This should spread the forces along the entire length of the cable and stop it from bending at one point. As long as the cables are bending elastically and not plastically they shouldn't fatigue.

I changed my heatbed a month ago. Min temp error fixed. Now I'm having same error again. There is no broken or damaged wire there. Why this is happening again?
@Cars_and_Robots_
@Cars_and_Robots_ Жыл бұрын
Hmm. It's hard to say what could be causing this issue again. What I would do is check through each cable/wire. Wiggle the wires around individually to see if any one of them is causing the min temp error to occur. Then maybe check for any loose connectors or plugs. I hope you can solve this soon!

@@Cars_and_Robots_ thank you for the answer. This time it was motherboards heat connector or something. Everything fixed. The problem was heatbed 22° and same time nozzle -15° if someone read this it can be motherboard heat connector.
