Hi Again Andrew, not sure if you have looked at Distortions Unlimited "Monster Labs" on KZfaq... I have learned so much with painting technique from you and from them. Like making "Rub out" the rub out would help you with adding darkness to the recessed letters and cracks with rub out being mostly rubbing alcohol and using rubbing alcohol to remove the paint you don't want... which adds a ton of depth quickly. I also was watching how the paint would come off of the pool noodles on your columns and was thinking that maybe the Distortions recipe for painting latex masks or props would work good for something that is flexible... Here is a link to Monster Lab and their painting recipe... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qstmn9p91a3Nn6M.htmlsi=BCBvtmuqujgsyHnG , here is the tutorial for rub out which I found very useful on some of the props I have... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pZ6ff5mkqsumoWg.htmlsi=CupLvWXglyq9QzQK Here is part 2 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qLOdmddztLrDlp8.htmlsi=Qb5_xaO3RME47-tYkzfaq.info/get/bejne/qLOdmddztLrDlp8.htmlsi=Qb5_xaO3RME47-tY

I am going to be doing the columns this year, and maybe next year I will do the wall and end columns like yours... I absolutely love your work this design is amazing. I have to ask, was the crooked gate on purpose? making it look run down and old? Every time I see it my OCD kicks in and it drives me crazy that it isn't square... lol I do the same thing with paintings on the wall if it isn't straight it drives me crazy .... lol

@@iamthenra1968 I’m sorry I don’t remember the exact dimensions but I believe the horizontal is 3” wide and the vertical is 4” wide. I’m sure the proportions are similar to that.
