$400,000 won't get you much more than a common no-frills middle class dime-store house in North Carolina. Homes like you show in this video, which we have in our upper class neighborhoods, would easly run closer to $700,000 to $1,000,000.

Man you cray! I invest in Detroit from time to time but this spot is garbage.. you couldn't even get insurance on this spot.. if you do, it would be around 3k a month if you're lucky.. I'm still waiting to see one completely done property that you own.. and only broke folk and content creators buy land bank properties bro..

There is no CEO of the Land Bank. The land bank is a quasi government nonprofit agency that was started after Detroit went through bankruptcy. Michigan’s land bank used to handle all the bright properties in Detroit. However, after Detroit went bankruptcy, the land bank was established to handle all of the buildings. There is a Director for the Land Bank.

CEO stands for chief operating officer which is just a technical term for director. Government agencies, companies, and nonprofits all have CEOs.

@@Mike_Bloomberg CEO stands for Chief Executive Officer, get your facts right lest you miseducate those trying to learn. a Chief operating officer is something different and both positions can exist in a private company with the CEO making the major decisions, the buck stops with him/her while the COO will oversee all daily operations. Companies, non profits etc can have CEOs but at least to my knowledge for the state of Michigan the Governor would be the equivalent of a CEO, there is no one with the title of CEO but there is a COO within the hierarchy. That said, he is correct in that the Land Bank does have a CEO.

Great videos! Do yu know if there is anything I can do to keep my mom’s land bank house from getting foreclosed? she bought it in 2020 and it really only has the bare minimum requirements in it. We also failed to update the land bank authority on the stuff we have done so they’ve been saying that they are going to take the house back this fall
