I have an R52 Cooper S Sidewalk (520 left in the uk)! Loads of fun, still looks great even now but almost has a classic feel to it! It's the last of the 1st gen and last of the superchargers. I think the bonnet / hood release is on the right side as these cars are designed for right and drive and adapted for the left hand drive probably to pay homage to the UK roots of the mini. Either way these cars are great, fun factor 10/10.

I liked how you blurred the "Speedometer. New subscriber. Hint Hint. As one who is into "Car Stereos" none of the reviewers of the finer cars ever talk about the premium brand stereo they have in them, and talk about them. I'd also go into a little more detail about the suspension, exhaust etc etc,. And a few more pictures under the hood. lol`

Odometer says 157.000km steering wheel says 357.000km hmmmmmmm.......... Nevertheless a super clean car. That engine compared to its competitors M/S62, Audi 4.2, this 5.5L is 10x more reliable.

While you can't tell which exact model it is just by looking at the trunk because there is no badge on it, you can actually tell it isn't one of the two V6 options (petrol-diesel doesnt matter), because of the single exhaust. V6s have the dual exhaust. Nice video!

VAMOOOOOOOOOO jajajaja. I'd love to know if these 3.0 NA engines are any less reliable than the E46 engines. I almost got an e46 convertible from 2006, but rust is an issue and the hardtop is tempting. which one should I get? only straight 6 non-turbo engines. 335 is not an option. 4cil isn't either.

As a driver of a CGI 200 C-Class, wagon, who was also shopping for a coupe, you nailed the plus’s of these cars. Another feature not mentioned is the excellent steering response. A Benz service manager told me that the 204s have the best driving feel of any of the 2000s C-Class models to date. My car has the optional pop up screen with back up camera, which eliminates the issues with the HAL 9000 LEDs on your car. Buy another? Yes, especially a diesel.

Loved this! They did age well. I was actually considering one of these last year when I was car shopping, because I've never driven/had a convertible, and currently married with no kids it's a perfect moment to have a silly non-practical car. I was considering this or maybe an MX-5 NC with retractable hard top as well. But that one even with the roof up has a non existent space without "rear seats" or a boot that could be used for more than a grocery bag. This one on the other hand, I can imagine being surprisingly practical if you're clever enough 😁

@@abriatus Such an easy question 99% of "offroad road" vehicle never leave the tarmac and those 1% who do want an offroad vehicle would choose something else. The approach angle is only 33 degrees, no matter what your clearance is your gonna hit something. It's only for show. It's too big. Bigger than a Volkswagen Multivan, Mercedes-Benz V, Land-Rover Defender 130. Why is it so big. It's only for show. 17 mpg. lulz. The seering feedback will be crap as it's designed for dirt, slow and zero feedback. I like cars with fast and some sort of sensation when steering. Sure it's got power but too much weight and zero aero, I mean it's a brick. It's a BS motor build for show rather than go.

With all due respect, I think you may be a bit confused on what Ford Raptors are for (compared to other off-roaders such as a Wrangler). Their goal is to go really fast on loose terrain, not rock crawling. Think of it as the use a Dakar Truck, or Rally Car would see. Of course, their approach angles in these situations are close to irrelevant. Sure, 99% of these will probably never see these conditions (this one did, as shown in the video), but I'm sure 99% of Lamborghinis will never see the track and that doesn't make them crap cars. To be honest, I had never cruised at 110 miles per hour on a dirt road as "safely" and comfortably as before driving an F-150/Ranger Raptor. The Tl:Dr is: If rock crawling/trails is your goal, get a Wrangler. If you want to feel like a baja driver, get a Raptor.

As someone who previously owned AMGs... here in Australia I get a lot more comments, a lot more people walking up to me asking "What its that, it's gorgeous!" Which I don't particularly care about, but it is an observation. The Giulia QV is a car that I can't imagine I'll ever get sick of, and the only plan to sell it would be to get another one. Oh, and it's been completely reliable. Unlike the AMGs.

@@IAmProfitMusik My car at least makes me feel like I did, unfortunately i bought a car with good history but it still manged to bite me in the ass. At the end of the day, its still a british car made by BMW. It will make problems if not maintained properly.

What was incredible & sad was that Maserati did the same mistake again as with the Biturbo. To make a brilliant car that had to many serious flaws at the start. The later Biturbos are definitely not very unreliable, they are like most cars in terms of reliability. But the bad reputation early Biturbos got make even the later ones cheap. I often hear that late Biturbos are the best classic luxury car you can get for low price. Then they made the same mistake again with Quattroporte. Both Biturbo & Quattroporte are fantastic cars. It´s a shame they couldn´t deliver the right product from start.

I've had two of these and they're great cars. Had a 2009 335i with the N54 and then a 2012 325i with the N52. Only issues I ever had was with some random rattles and a flat battery. I think the exterior of these cars still looks amazing but the interior is starting to date now as it is the E9x platform. Would recommend getting the facelift which launched in around 2010 which had some additional features and some styling enhancements. The M-Sport pack looks amazing on these but the suspension does get so much firmer to the point where around town it could be a bit harsh. These are such a bargain car these days and as long as you keep the roof seals lubricated and the roof drains clear they should last very well.
