Nice Job, best way, have your compressors and tanks all in one place, say an out house, also bolt them to the concrete slab, when they explode they will take off like a rocket, if bolted to the floor, you will minimize projectile risk and it will only blow the seam and release the air. Then just run all air lines inside, safe as houses, lol.

I wish I could make one but damn those casters are very very expensive in our country and I don't know why and it makes me sad coz I badly needed them coz I'm tired of always dragging my super heavy wooden scaffold. Hopeless for me!

I need to make one for my craftsman contractor saw. I currently have on a metal stand and it’s on Mobil base. I see the outfeed portion needs to be first. I just have to figure out how to support that. I have some melamine I’ll see if can be used for outfeed.

Thanks for the video comparison, I picked up a 2001 Central Machinery on the cheap, and bought 3 new blades, and cool blocks (didnt have the upgraded roller guides like yours), and it works amazing, and a solid made in Taiwan tool. Resawed some 4" oak like a dream w 3/4" Timberwolf blade. IMO, its 90% blades and setup. Also, make sure to watch Alex Snodgrass bandsaw clinic for setup, it was a game changer for me.

This is an open air contractor saw. Enclosing it WIL cause the motor to overheat and fail.

There is a lot of blade noise on both saws. This can be cured by adjusting your blade guides. The back guides should be about 1/32" off the spine of the blade. The side guides should be just behind the valleys of the blade teeth and no more than 1/16" off the sides of the blades. None of the rollers, top or bottom, should be moving while the saw is running idle.

Im from South Africa and bought a Delta Milhaukee for around $50 on an auction.Made in 1955.Works like a charm.I thought mine needed new bearings/sleeves cause of the noise which is similar to yours. You are satisfied with noise levels so I will also stop worrying about noise levels😂

Great job. This gives me alot to think about. How long did this take to build would you guess? Would you mind me taking this idea and changing it to suit my pm64? Also noticed your double belt pulley. Does this assist in a smoother running saw? Finally, would like your thoughts on the link belt over standard belt?? Thanks for your time!

I know this is a old video but hopefully your still around and can answer my question. I'm painting a bilco cellar door and was having a hardtime getting a smooth finish with alkyd enamel. I tested your method with the 60/40 thinning ratio. It leveled out like a charm and that's great but i'm not sure exactly how many coats of paint I should apply before I paint my last finish coat. 8 coats seems like overkill on such a large project. Around how many coats of paint would you recommend for a larger project based on your past experience? Also I would not be polishing the last coat since it's a cellar door.
